I’m in my 1st week of pe and having a really rouch time getting the hang of stretching.
I’m grabbing with an overhanded grip, pulling from the head - but it always seems to want to slip out of my hand.
When I squeeze the head too tight I get tons of the small purple dots on the head from breaking blood blisters.
I’ve tried the OK grip below the head of the penis but I’m still getting read and purple marks down there.
Can someone reccomend a better grip or a link to a diagram that’ll help me stretch better. Every once in a while I get a good grip and can feel the stretch on the penis and the ligs, but not often enough. I feel as though I’m not doing enough to trully get progress this way.

I’m not as confused but still kinda confused on the jelqing as well.
This has been going more easily. I’ve been using lube and the ok grip an right below the head with one hand and up from the base with the other.

I’m thinking of buying a pump in the next day or two. Is this just being lazy - even though I plan to jelq and pump. Or maybe I should build a stretching unit. I don’t know - all I know is I want results in the worst way. I’m 6 5/8 bpl X 4.25 right now. I just wanna get to that 1st step goal which is 7 bpl X 4.5. Can anyone give some advice. I want to really work the hell out of it during my sessions so I feel like I’m doing something but I can’t keep coming back with this Frankenpenis look from all the wear and tear!

Use the search feature and look up the DLD Blasters-unreal Length Gains post. Then, go buy some baby powder for your grip problems….that will fix them. As far as getting spots on your glans/penis in general…youre gonna get them!

The reason you’re getting the dots is because your skin and soft tissues are weak, and they need to toughen up. After a while you will not get them as much, but they pretty much come with the territory.
One way to get a good grip is to grab further back from the head (tightly) and slide your hand forward to the head before you pull. You could also use your other hand to strengthen your grip.

What problems are you having with jelqing?

I dont know anything about pumping, but a stretcher or even better, a hanger (if you have the time and privacy) would be best since your going for length. In the tutorials forum there’s an explanation of how to build a stretcher, which is cheap and effective.

Oh and dont forget to take it easy at first, build up the time and intensity of your sessions slowly or you might injure yourself

I’m just thinkin maybe I’m a little too eager on all of this. I just want these gains that everyone is raving about. I’m at work from 8-5 every day - seems like a good time to make progress. Would most of you recommend some sort of hanging proceedure while I’m here or building a stretcher device. And while on the topic - what’s the best way to keep these things “not visible” to the office crew….lol?

Freak, I have had very good success pe’ing in an office environment for my whole career. I simply split my routine up into 5 minute sessions, then do them throughout the day in the office restroom.

Due the stealthyness of my approach, I now basically stretch and dry jelq, but I’ve also done erect bends and uli’s. Once mastered, dry jelqing is a stealth pe-er’s holy grail. Works extremely well for reaching deep into the tunica and erectile tissues, with no mess or clean up.

You can also get a good stretch without the need for baby powder or other aids. Simply use toilet paper, changing as often as it starts to come apart, or better yet, a section of paper towel works very well.

Right now I am only chasing length, and am doing 6 5 minute sessions, consisting of 4 minutes of blasting and 1 minute of dry jelqing, to restore blood flow. I’ve found that the jelq at the end seems to prevent the shrinky dick retraction that often follows intense gripping and stretching…

With my own two hands, I’ve gained over 3” in length and 1.5” of girth in a year… :)

Take RB’s advice. I did and it has definitely been helping. I have gained .75” in just over a month and I am an 8-5’er like you. One thing I would suggest is the Fowfer or “Lazy Ass Stretch” as DLD calls it. I am not sure if it helps with erect gains or not but my flaccid has definitely increased. I never measured flaccid because there seemed to be too many variables as far as the degree of flaccidness to measure but I am actually beginning to feel like it has some hang to it. Good luck and maybe you can try one of Lil1’s tutorials on the ADS, I am currently working on one similar.

3 inches in a year???? now that’s inspirational. i’m curious though if anyone wears one of the stretching devices while at work and how they keep it hidden. also - the flacid gains are a perk, but it’s really only erect one’s that i care about. the only person who ever sees it is my woman, so if there are times when it’s not breathtaking soft - it really doesn’t matter if she knows that it’ll turn into a monster. jesus - i’m trying to picture myself with 3 more inches……..9.5 bone pressed - dayum! that’s just………dayum!

I hear ya man! When I have 3 more inches …I’ll be 10.5” bone pressed! WHEW!

Too much intensity on the glans...

Wow…last night while I was stretching my flaccid dick downwards (while sitting), I decided to increase the intensity and pull MUCH harder than I usually would.

After 15 minutes of sitting there with this more intense tug, the pressure on my head was really starting to swell, but at the same time I was feeling an awesome tug on my ligs so I endured it. The moment I released my hands, I looke at the glans, and it was almost completely purple.

I ran to my wrapping towel, drenched it in cold water and put it on top my head. About 3 minutes later the discoloration on my glans was gone, but it still was a little sensitive to touch. I didn’t even bother to jelq till a few hours past.

I guess my glans still hasn’t gotten used to intense tugs. I didn’t do any damage or injure myself, but the glans just became swelled up.

In some ways I think I’m a moron for pulling so hard to make my glans swell and change color, but on the other hand, I never felt such a great pull on my ligs.

Gotta sacrifice something I suppose..
