Would pulling my foreskin back and stretching make it more effective? Plus do you pull on the head, or behind it?


5.3" NBPEL.

Not sure about the foreskin because I am cut.

You want to grip about an inch below the glans, keeping pressure on the sides. Avoid putting pressure on the top of the shaft.

Of course, Pull the foreskin or the skin will take a percentage of the stretching power. I also have always just gripped a little behind the head.

The positioning of your foreskin should not matter; you are gripping the internal structures so firmly that slippage is not an issue.

No slippage, but my head turns kinda purple. :(

I always pulled the forskin back to get a grip on the ridge of my knob. *shrugs shouolders*

But yeah, pull back the foreskin, you want to stretch the inner structure and/or ligaments, not the skin.

Yepp, pull it back and for extra grip try some toilet paper, it’s quite useful.

If your head turns purple just massage the head and helicopter it a bit before the next stretch, it works wonders. (I hold each stretch for 2- 3 mins and have no permanent discoloration to speak of yet)
Is it an extender you are using? if so then forget what I wrote, hehe.

Pull back the foreskin with one hand, then proceed to squeeze out as much blood as you can from the glans towards the shaft with your ring and middle fingers (other hand) as you are slowly closing the palm, then create an “ok” sign with your thumb and forefinger. Change hands to reduce hand fatigue. I was puling in a wrong way when I started PE and developed red dots around my urethra opening, so make sure there is virtually no blood inside the glans before grabbing the head. It took me several weeks to heal them up.

This is exactly what I do. Cool to know that someone else does it exactly. I think I have alot of skin. It’s frustrating.

I had the same problem until yesterday I found out that I am stretching wrong. I barely started pulling my skin back and using toilet paper today, and it was kind of sensitive at first.

I’m still having difficulty stretching upwards, and it kind of feels like I’m going to rip my glans off when I’m stretching lol (not seriously).

It seems that I have a lot of skin and it tends to want to go back over the glans when I stretch. Especially upwards. And it seems like I can’t put as much force as I used to and I’m not getting a “stretched” feeling.

I’ve actually done this before a few years ago for about 5 months. Turns out I’ve been stretching wrong, and measuring wrong also (but I was consistent and gained .5” in length)

I have always grabbed just behind the head to pull, however I do not drain the head of blood. I do the opposite, I fill my head full so that when I am stretching I am ballooning my head at the same time I am stretching my shaft.

If you are seeing gains, it doesn’t matter how you are doing it, you are doing it right for the gains you are getting.

There are many times I will not pump the head up when I pull but I have never pulled with my head completely drained, for me that makes it harder to hold the grip and stretch.

If what you do works, then keep doing it.

I gain my 1st inch through stretching and jelqs. After that I moved on to other more complicated methods. I am now finally going back to focusing on my stretching because that has given me the best results over the years.
