Manual Stretching Question
First let me say that my primary question is on stretching but there are a lot of related topics that I might ask about. Lets face it, PE is really interrelated and one topic usually leads to another. I am new to the forum and am not familiar with all the SOP’s, so if I need to start new threads for each individual question please let me know and I will be happy to do that. Now that my disclaimer is done, here’s my question.
1: Is it possible to over do on manual stretching? By this I don’t mean stretch too far or too hard, I mean can you stretch too frequently? Is it OK to stretch everyday or is it best to leave your penis completely alone on rest days? I find that the shower is a good and private place to do some stretching, so I usually do about 10 minutes of manual stretching in the shower everyday. I’ve found that a good hot shower is as good as any hot wrap.
2: Is stretching without jelqing a complete waste of time and energy? I usually do not jelq in the shower so I didn’t know if I would see gains from stretching alone. At this point I am more concerned with length gains right now anyway. I would jelq in the shower but I find it a bit difficult to get it up without some porn or my girlfriend in front of me. So you can see where this is going, my next question is about EQ.
3: Should I be concerned about my EQ at this point? I am in my late 20’s and find that I can easily achieve erections and keep them for hours when I’m with my girlfriend or watching porn, however, getting it up without some kind of stimulation is very difficult. I never have morning wood and didn’t consider this a problem until I started reading about it on this site. I am not very concerned about it right now but I am concerned about ED as I get older. I used to masturbate quite a lot in my younger years but probably no more than anyone else. I’d say once a day. Have I poorly conditioned my penis? Is morning wood the best indicator of a healthy penis?
I have numbered the questions so that everyone can see the easily. If you all could number your responses to my questions in the same manner that will help to keep things tidy. I welcome all responses since I am very new to PE and I am sure that many of you have a lot more experience.
