Strong PC Muscle and Gains?

I have heard that with a strong PC muscle it may be hard to achieve length gains. Is this true. I ask because I think I may have a very strong Pc muscle because I can orgasm, but hold tight and nothing will come out. Is anyone familiar with this?

The whole concept behind the DLD Blaster is heavily based on your exact situation. A strong PC muscle can be your best and worst friend in PE and Sex. Understanding the PC flex function and the association it plays with the ligs is so important to the DLD Blaster. Those who have a heavy flex of the PC muscle as a protective measure may find that most of the stretch load is being taken up by the PC muscle instead of the ligs. If we are predominately hitting the PC muscle on a stretch session and not the ligs the length gains are going to be very minimal.

The Blasters focus directly on a PC un-flex or push (Reverse Keggle) during this state of reverse keggle the majority of the stretch is being taken by the ligs resulting in maximum length gains.

Interesting thoughts. So with a hard gainer like myself, if I suspect myself of having too strong a PC muscle, I might want to stop doing the PC exercizes and focus on stretching.

I can do 300+ quick PC contractions no problem. The longer duration squeezes are a little more taxing only because I don’t do them as often. But I don’t seem to have any problems with gaining erection or rigidity. So maybe the PC muscle is ‘part’ of my problem.

I’ll run a test for 2-3 weeks with no PC exercises to see if there’s a difference.

Golarge, that is not what I was saying. DLD Blasters combine your PC workout with your Length exercise. It’s like killing 2 birds with one stone. The concept here is that you will be strengthening your PC muscle (this is good) but on the reverse keggle you will be making length gains with no PC muscle reflex. I think that a strong PC muscle is great, it promotes harder erection, better erection angle, more sensitivity, and greater non-bone pressed length measurements. So the idea is not to stop training the PC muscle but to train it smarter. After you do your Blasters there should be no need to do any other PC work. But the length gains WILL come easily, esspecially for those that have a strong PC muscle that have not been able to gain length with other exercises. It is very early, I hope this makes sense, if not yell at me.

I guess you’re right. I’m just looking for a reason why I see no gains. When I do the blasters and bundles, I pull HARD, trying to get really good stretch. I’m sore at the base the next day. But when I measure(after 3 weeks) just to see if there’s even a temporary gain, theres no change. I even tried doing them in a hot bath….nothin.
