No, I have no evidence that I am experiencing continued gains.

I took a break of about 6-7 years totally from PE and I started back up about 4-5 months ago.

I only did a consistent routine 2 days on, 1 day off for about 3 months. Then spontaneously one night my fiancé commented that my cock felt and looked bigger in her hand, and I took that as evidence that I had achieved gains, and decided it was a good time for a deconditioning break.

I took 4 weeks off, and just started again this Monday.

Looks like bundled stretches are going to be added to my routine at my next I phase of IPR.

Hey Richardfitswell, I’ve been doing some reading because I think I need to focus on my tunica more too and have read that A- and V- stretches really hit the tunica as well. Also Horse440 squeezes (I know it’s Horse, but I may be wrong about the number).

I think I am going to take a deconditioning break, then come back with a routine that incorporates both length and girth exercise with an emphasis on the tunica.

Interesting thought, what type of ADS could be used to focus on the tunica? Could you combine a cockring with an extender? I feel like a cockring alone would mainly focus on girth.
