Switching back to stretching, bad idea?


I did a beginner’s routine for 3 months, added a little to it for 2 months, then did hanging for 3 months. Gained during every phase. Life got less private, and hanging took too long. Not to mention the lost EQ I experienced from hanging. I went back to a manual routine the last 2 months, and have again seen gains along with a resurgence in my EQ. I did take a week off after my last hanging day to kind of decondition a little, and gains were stagnant for the first couple weeks stretching before they picked back up.

Like anything, just make sure you stick with the change long enough to give it a chance to work.

My status thread

I know that maybe this is not the right thread to post my question but I didn’t find anything better.. My question is about stretching your penis: HOW MANY STRENGTH HAVE YOU TO USE TO PULL YOUR PENIS?? I did some stretches and used the same strength as I ‘d use to reach my bone flaccid stretched length.was I right?

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.
