Is this usual? I tend to do this without even thinking about it. And to masturbate without kegaling is hard I tried it yesterday.

Is this common as you get as stronger pc muscle? Feels strange because I´ve never done that before and now I can´t stop myself from doing that.

Does the auto kegeling affect the amount of time that you can jerk off? I dont kegel when I jerk off or have sex because it makes me blow faster.

I actually found this to be a big factor in my slight period of premature ejaculation (thread in the newbie forum). I guess it is normal when you work your pc muscle a lot, because I haven’t experienced this before.

I had read that a bunch of guys did a lot of kegeling to allow them to NOT cum too quickly but I had the complete opposite effect. I never had a problem shooting too quickly but lost a lot of that control when I kegeled all the time.

When I kegel when either masturbating or having sex, it makes me last longer. Kind of takes the mind off of matters at hand, so to speak.

Then again I’m probably different than everyone else.

That’s exactly what I thought, so I was quite shocked when I found that it worked the other way around for me. Maybe it’s all about how and when to do it.

big_stiff48302 …. that´s the same with me. I have had really hard times getting to the orgasm lately and it has to be because of the intense kegals during the Jerking off. It kind of takes away the pleasure. And when I try not to Kegal, the only thing my body says is, do a kegal, do a kegal.

Any tips of how I can stop this?

Kegeling increases blood pressure which should allow for more self control I think though it also makes for a more sensitive unit
