Has anyone gained massive size? What is the opinion on the size of your testicles relative to the size of your penis?

What do you mean? I haven’t looked into it much, but as far as I know there aren’t any techniques to safely make your balls permanently bigger.

Some have reported ball size increase from taking damiana. I wonder what exactly causes this and if there are any detrimental long term effects. My thumb gets huge if I whack it with a hammer. This doesn’t mean such treatment is good for my thumb.

Hobby I’m asking whether small testicles relative to an enlarged penis looks odd, because I don’t know if it is possible to permanently enlarge testicles either.

The average testicle is between 4-7 cm’s. I doubt testicle size matters in relation to penis size, my testicles are 5 cm in the length thats 2 inches.
