Don’t expect gains from the PRP…thats’ really not what it’s supposed to do. It’s supposed to help heal damaged tissue, so it should really only help increase blood flow, or possibly some sensitivity. If you have trauma from PEing, it might help heal that. The first time I did it, I did 1 shot and then another 2 months later. You get some initial fluid retention, but that’s about it. I wasn’t doing a lot of PEing at the time. The third time I did it, I was using my Restorex for 2 months before…hopefully “damaging” tissue and elongating it, then the PRP would help it heal and create growth. Then, about 5 months after that, I got heavier into pumping, so I tried to work that pretty hard leading up to the appointment and then after. Some doctors say pump right after, and others say not to (so you don’t pull the PRP out of the injection sites). In the end, I’ve been doing this all for about a year and a half and measure 6 1/4 x 5”…which can fluctuate to 6 1/2 x5 1/4” with a “normal” pump (I can push up to 6” girth with heavier, long pumping). I started at 5 3/4” x 4.8”, but I still wonder if I didn’t just push hard enough for that 5 3/4” measurement. It’s tough to say what role the PRP played. I still use viagra and now cialis with my wife, but I’m also a head case with way too high expectations when it comes to sex, so that confounds results.
