I started at around two inches and I am now five and a quarter inches, give or take a quarter of an inch. This was without any sort of device, just my own hands and physical force.
Gaining three inches is definitely possible, I think.

I’ve also gained nicely using only manuals. I started at 5.2” and I’m currently over 8” (my ruler only goes to 8 inches and I’m past that already) and I’m trying for 9”

Timer for a bigger ruler!
Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
Going for the magic 8"x6"

Don’t want to measure, and I know if I had a bigger ruler I am going to measure, so I’m staying away from the ruler by not buying one.
