Interesting routine man. So you’ve gained a lot apparently. You got a pic of your masterpiece (master piece. Lol. )?

Also how long on average does this take you?

I’ve got pics somewhere in the members thread. I believe I used a quarter for size reference.

My routine on average on average takes about 10 minutes or so, depending on how much warm up sets I feel I need. I mean on a bad day it could be longer, but when I have trouble I just break it up into day and night or skip it and rest a day. Like how last Friday’s workout was done later on Saturday night. I didn’t count on that, but I needed more rest.

It takes me around 20 minutes to do 15 really slow high intensity jelqs and some 30 sec squeezes at the end. Yours sounds like more volume than mine. Im surprised its only 10 minutes. You ever had any success with o bends?

This sounds pretty solid to me GD. I have been doing my workouts very similar to this since the last time I measured, almost a month now I think. Before that I was doing my exercises every single day but more recently i have been doing my PE routine in about 20 minutes every morning for about 4 days in a row and then I take one or two days off, using the power of my erections over those days to determine when to start back up again. It seems to be working well and just last night I measured my mid shaft girth and it was an eighth of an inch increased from my last measurement. Yesterday was also one of the days I took off. After my routine today I am going to try and employ that method after every workout because I think you are right in that having ample amounts of healing time in between workouts is crucial to gaining. That being said tomorrow I will see how well I “stand” before deciding to PE in the morning or not.

Oh god no, I would not do O bends for anything. I’ve already damaged my penis bending it in the past with clamps and that’s not something I ever want to go through again. O bends are extremely dangerous!

I do o-bends regularly with a very low erection level, somewhere around 30 or 40 percent at the most, generally after 10 jelqs and a 30 second midshaft hold. I only do the o-bend if I get great expansion from it. Sometimes I apply the o-bend but it just doesnt expand that much, in that case for that day I omit them in my routine.

I cant say exactly how much I have gained with the o-bends as just recently I have begun a good trek into PE that I know I can keep going for a long time. I wouldnt really attribute any gains from the past to o-bends as they have been only in length so far. Comparing my measurements from 2-3 weeks ago to yesterday I have gained an eighth of an inch in midshaft girth although I do other things in addition to the o-bends. My routine and progress are in my picture thread in the member pics section of the forums. Honestly, I would say with o-bends be extremely cautious because they can be very dangerous. Even to the point of not even being worth a try. I just do them because I like the feel when they give me some good expansion. Be careful with your dick man.
