I go one month using the Andropenis and have seen that there are many errors in the use. The most frequent error is to rest one or two times per week. I believe that it is not necessary to rest if it is not essential. I am grateful for your collaboration. Between all we will be able to advance in the use.

I too have an andro penis, ouch. since moving to the autoextender life is much better.
I can wear it for longer periods of time with no discomfort; but that is not the question at hand.
14 days with 2 day rest per week.
approximately 8 hrs per day.
I have .25 growth but can not say that is from ads.
I use the autoexender (used to use andro)
I go two on and 1 off of Manual stretches, wantsmore stretches, jelquing and pumping. Then ads for the day.
