I do the improved blasters with a twist before hanging. I try to pull closer to the base and get a great lig stretch. Then, I wrap and hang. Because of the blasters, I am immediately in a fatigued state. I normally start hanging 25-27 lbs., but I can only hang 20 max after I-blasting and then I have to decrease weight on nearly every set after that because of extreme lig fatigue.
I have been hanging 10-12 sets per day, but can only hang about 8-9 when I do the I-blasters.
Of course, since you already have a third leg, I don’t know how much you would want to do these. Since I remember you saying that you are close to 10 inches, you should consider changing your handle to Phat10.
