The DLD Blaster...*IMPROVED*...Be extremely careful

I’m slightly confused of what to do here,

- Twist penis 2-3 times.
- Pull as shown in the diagram
- Keep it pulled for around 15 seconds
- Let go
- Redo but twsiting in the opisite direction.

Or am i completely wrong there?

When I first started doing these “Bundle” stretches I started very slow. I would twist one maybe two times and set up an “A” stretch and Blast like this. I have been steadily adding twists as I feel able (meaning with absolutely NO PAIN) Try one time and work up from there. Remeber these have worked best for me in conjunction with the Blaster and the “A” stretch.

I can just manage to twsit once. What exactly do i do for the blaster? Also is a warmup necessary?

Just wondering, when doing these stretches do you pull straight out, to the side , up or down or doesnt it really matter. I plan to give these a proper go when i resume my hanging next week as a means of fatigueing the ligs well before starting my hang session. Well done dld for coming up with this new stretch, nothing is really working for me at the moment and so its great to have something new to try, cheers,

DLD, I’ve been trying your “A” stretch and will experiment with the twist (maybe you should call it the DLD Twist) at some point. But my Q is on the A stretch. When I do it and apply the fulcrum with my arm (I do it while sitting upright legs extended, pulling straight out), I do feel a good stretch but it is more of tunica stretch and I don’t feel it in the ligs.

Am I doing it right?

Try to pivot your rist up harder while stretching down. I have found that small adjustments in where my rist pivots makes a huge difference in where I feel the stretch. The twist should also play a big role in reaching these hard to reach areas.

Fattire, You are not twisting your penis around your arm with this exercise. You are simply twisting the penis then moving into some sort of stretch position to do Blasters.

Are you guys sure this new Blaster exercise won’t cause any problems to the dorsal nerve considering you’re twisting your dick around itself multiple times?

I’m petrified of trying this Bundle stretch…

I tried this. I twisted mine three times and pulled hard manually.

There is a noticeable increase in lig stretch, and if I twisted at the
base it was even more. It is nothing compared to hanging however.

Personally, I am not sure how safe this is for extended periods
of time. Others may know more about that than me. We have
some physicans on the board.

Hey, how have you been? I’m glad to see you posting.

I do the improved blasters with a twist before hanging. I try to pull closer to the base and get a great lig stretch. Then, I wrap and hang. Because of the blasters, I am immediately in a fatigued state. I normally start hanging 25-27 lbs., but I can only hang 20 max after I-blasting and then I have to decrease weight on nearly every set after that because of extreme lig fatigue.

I have been hanging 10-12 sets per day, but can only hang about 8-9 when I do the I-blasters.

Of course, since you already have a third leg, I don’t know how much you would want to do these. Since I remember you saying that you are close to 10 inches, you should consider changing your handle to Phat10.
