The Masturbation Experiment

My perspective on masturbation is that it is not normally detrimental to gains except when having overtrained your penis through PE your masturbation afterwards aggravates the damage already done. Masturbation undeniably places some stress on the penis and while it won’t be as much as a PE exercise, if you have overtrained that day or the night before it may well be enough to push you over the edge into injury land. Just my theory.

As everyone here knows, we, as individuals should decide if we want to think about our penis size. Not the doctors.

Well, it’s been 2 days now on this and I can say that I have not seen anything different regarding how my penis is reacting. I might also add that I’m masturbating about 5-6 hours before I PE, so right now on day 2 everything seems fine. ON WITH THE SHOW!

I’m interested to see how this works, thanks for volunteering yourself. How many times per day will you bust your load? Some of us *ahem* liked to do it 2-3 times before getting paranoid about it’s effect on PE after reading that PE survey thing..

Still, I don’t think it will prove much. You could have 2 guys doing the exact same routine and only one of them will gain due to countless factors (some of which I believe to be self image, attitude, nutrition, overall level of health, supplements, hydration..).

I dont think this is true. When you ejaculate your body releases Prolactin. This hormone represses the effect of dopamine, which is responsible for sexual arousal, thus causing the male’s refractory period. The amount of prolactin can be an indicator for the amount of sexual satisfaction and relaxation. Unusual high amounts are suspected to be responsible for impotence.
Prolactin levels may be checked as part of a sex hormone workup, as elevated prolactin secretion can suppress the secretion of FSH and GnRH, leading to hypogonadism, and sometimes causing erectile dysfunction in men.

Therefore if GnRH ( which stimulates the testicles to release testosterone) is suppressed then testosterone levels can only be reduced!

Anyway, this is my 7th day on the job [which would be my 2ed rest day, because I’m doing a 5 on 2 off workout] and I came twice yesterday [about 6 hours apart] and yes, I came twice today as well…

On days 1-5: I came once everyday about 5-6 hours before I was due to PE. I think it went well. I also measured up and I’ve still got my 0.2” that I gained - so that was good! And although my penis feels a little worn out [right at this moment], I shall look to see what tomorrow porn movies will bring!

To Summarize the week

I came twice each day on my days off
I worked out my penis x5 for about 1 hour [Stretch’s + 500 Jelqs]
I also kegeled everyday [a bit more intensive on Friday though]
I circle jacked too!

Hmmmm? looking at this list it kinda highlights what my penis has been through this week… but it was OK mostly. Once or twice I might of felt like my penis had taken enough for the day, but I still PE’ed fine enough.

I think I should add this today. For the first time, in a long time today, I woke up without an erection… well I did jack off x9 last week and Jelqed & stretched the hell out my dick, I guess this could be a minor side effect..

This is all trash talk. You guys just like masturbating a lot and don’t want to have to stop. Sure, there might not be anything wrong with masturbating, but god, you’re like the government. Tell the whole damn story… don’t EJACULATE after work-out.
Ejaculation triggers a series of chemical reactions and changes in your penis which allows it to effectively counter and expansion based gains you may have gotten during your previous work-out.

This is a fickle thing because in reality masturbation in the form of edging is actually significantly beneficial for gains seeing as it really pumps up your penis.

So the rule is:

“Masturbation with ejaculation post work-out NOT beneficial, Masturbation without ejaculation post work-out IS beneficial, and masturbation with ejaculation that does NOT occur post work-out is a neutral action and has shown no loss of gains.”

I’d like to report something here guys at this stage of the experiment. It is now coming to the end of 2 weeks on this and I think I can now see the effects of masturbation on PE’ing… Yesterday while I was PE’ing, about half way into my workout [200-250 reps of 500] my erection level moved down to about 30%. Yep! I did Jelqs the rest of the way with about a 30% erection…

Bummer.

I think I may have been over-masturbating. So I am now going to move the experiment to masturbating 3-4 times a week. In the last 2 weeks I masturbated about 14-17 times or so and I think it had a negative effect on me. It was like my penis was tired and worn out.
So a slight change at this time, but I’m still on it!

- At least now we can confirm that masturbating everyday don’t pass with PE.

Would this increase my “pron-ness” to prolactin gyno (aka bitch tits)? Another words if kid masterbates to much would he have more of a chance of producing bitch tits?…

With each ejaculation one releases zinc. Zinc I fundmental in testosterone production. So keep up the zinc intake 15-75 mg per day with a healthy dose of vitamin “C” about 500-3000 mgs per day to prevent testosterone from converting over to estrogen.

How many times a day should one masturbate to be part of the experiment?
Does edging count? I went from 5’” to over 7” in less than a year I jerked off after every jelq session. I don’t think masturbation affects gains in a negative way. Should one jack off dry or with a lube?Slow or fast?
