The nutcracker's method

The name comes from the origin of the method introduced by NCJ92, 6 years ago (here on TP), and who was using a nutcracker instead of sticks. NCJ92 was a hard gainer with the girth, he has only started to get gains (at least 0.4”) with this device.

Method :

- masturbate,
- when you are at 100% hard, put a stick on each side of the CC,
- initiate a kegel,
- tighten the sticks, in order to enlarge the CC with the blood,
- release the kegel,
- start again.

Session duration : 15 minutes.
Time of the kegel : between 20 and 60 seconds.
Tool : sticks modeled with polymorph plastic, no angle (see the stick’s shape [S] on the picture) to not injure yourself. You can also test with a smooth nutcracker (I don’t have one).
Localtion of the tool : at 1/4 of the penis, near the base,
Tightening : do not tighten too much, you will quickly see what intensity you need.
Wrap : no wrap needed.
Warm up : as you want.

Plus : before to release the kegel, you can push the stick in the direction of the head to enlarge the CC at the maximum possible.

You will see at the end of the session, that your penis has very large CC, it really targets them specifically. The penis is even larger than after a clamp session, whereas the clamp targets everything : CC, CS, tunica (with some lymph).

I don’t have more experience to share concerning this technique, I have only tried it during few days.

You’ve made some great progress Raptor, whats your general routine been before this?

Not sure if I want a Nutcracker so close to my Nuts!!!!!! hahahaha

My newbies gains come from stretching : water warm up 5 min, stretch, session of 10 minutes [set of 10 minutes] 60 seconds of hold per hand, 5 on 2 off.

Then, most of my gains come from hang : IR warm up 8 min, bib starter hang, session of 140 minutes [set of 20 minutes] 4.5lbs, 1 on 2-3 off.

And manual clamp : manual clamp, session of 60 minutes [set of 10 minutes], 7 on.

Indeed, I could do a view from the top. But in reality the CC expansion is got near the sticks, and on their depth (not the width).

Also I can’t shcematize the kegel, this prevents blood from returning inside the body during the exercise.

The best way to understand correctly is to try the method. I had also some understanding issues with the original technique before the practice.

Do you do it flaccid or erect? picture or drawing looks hard.

Yes it is erect. I have added “when you are at 100% hard” in the method to be more clear.

Yes we could call this jelq sticks. Although as you can see, we are not jelqing the CS, and we only do one intense v-jelq per set. It would be more an extreme “v-uli”.
