I registered here 10 years ago, tried regular newby routine. Turns out my penis is so sensitive that I had sensitivity loss from manual stretching no matter what grip and method I tried, so I only wet jelqed. Got some puffyness but I always ended up in bad PI and stopped for years. I bought an extender nose style and it was horrible for my sensitive glans, sensitivity loss came again, stopped for years. Tried bathmate but at first it looked promising but ended up overtraining, I was young and always got impatient, but I tried to be safe with 1 day on 1 day off routine. Newby routine was clearly too much so all in all did not gain anything. Jelqs I tried under and overhand and only side pressure style. No gains, tried dry jelqs as I am uncut and that looked promising until I again overworked my unit despite being patient and cautious. Couldn’t avoid sensation loss again, so stopped for years.

Now 2 months back from today I started dry jelqing with two hands side pressure pinch grip style and the wall is finally broken. Never tried two handed grips before. I gained noticeable girth already, went from a grower to mostly a shower, my dick is much heavier too, it is like I have a new dick which I like much better. I only do 100 dry jelqs 1 day on 1 day off (started with 40 and did weekly 10 increments until 100) and it is finally working for my super sensitive unit. Now I had the idea to use monkeybar’s VacADS and finally got manual stretching without sensation loss a reality for me, so I am waiting for the length gains in the near future too. Newby gains after 10 years of trial and error, stopping for years, starting countless times again? Maybe possible, but I went one full week without PE and my flaccid didn’t got thinner or shorter, not like before, not like with bathmate and that.

All in all it took me lot of time to figure out what works for me, which you would maybe think sucks because so much time, but I am a very happy person now, my girlfriend noticed it too, feels tighter, orgasms quicker, actually she had a dream about me having an extreme big penis and she worried about anal that it won’t be possible (she loves anal too). Now she is much more in for vaginal sex and I am getting away from the perfect for anal girth which is around 4.5 inch I think. If you have a very sensitive penis don’t hesitate to do much less than the newby routine, I couldn’t do that for many years because I thought that is the minimum, turns out it’s not. Dry jelq is amazing for uncut people and you don’t have to do many of them, two handed grip is also a good way to make sure no to irritate dorsal nerve.

One thing I regret that I couldn’t figure this out in my early twenties, I had a very maximalist and impatient attitude there…guess your dick can grow with your personality too, thank you all that helped with their knowledge I feel like another man, like I transformed into something I wanted a long time ago but truly feared won’t be possible for me because my extra sensitive dick. I am the living example that everybody can grow there are no excuses, but finding your own style is the most important factor in success or failure.

I’ve personally always been on the mind that the newbie routine was a lot for some folks. The linear routine always seemed like a safer approach. I’ve got a sensitive unit too. Seem easy to injure. I’m actually doing a very light routine now of dry jelqs when I piss (kind of like piss pulls except with the jelq). I also do some very light manual clamping, really just blocking the main too artery with my thumb. I do that in a hot bath.

Congrats man. I too have a similar story. If you look at my registration date it was loooong ago.

PE is not a young or impatient man’s game. I only restarted with a mature attitude view last year.

Monkeybar makes some nice stuff. I owe my gains to his original Vac 3. I was the best PE purchase I have made. I used it for hanging light weight (2.5 pounds) for long periods (four to six hours per day), or occasionally with a Penimaster and his special attachment.

Been doing the same technique here, two handed v grip jelqing. Was worried it might not be proper enough for proper girth work, but it’s the only comfortable way I can jelq. Glad its working out for others and hopefully me too in the future :p

Thanks guys for the replies! I use 3-4 second strokes, pressure is enough to get glans enlargement when I push it from two sides at the base starting the jelq. I use pointer, middle and thumb finger both hands symmetrically, like you would grab a thin sandwich with two hands and you would turn it upside down so your thumb is on top not bottom. I only apply very little pressure with my thumbs on the dorsal side, most pressure comes sideways from the two pointer fingers. Middle finger is there because it is more stable this way, can assist pointer finger. It is really easy an natural for your hands, other way you can imagine to put together thumb pointer and middle finger close together, like how stereotypically Italians do with their hands when they argue with each other, capisce? If you don’t like the grip try laying the top half part of your whole pointer finger against the shaft and not just the very top part so it will make a bigger surface contact.

It should feel good and not painful at all, it is possible you have to make minor adjustments when you don’t feel the right spots from time to time.

I think dry jelqs are insane for girth but didn’t gain any significant length from them so far, but for girth it works very well. :)

That’s is now quite some commitment. I’m however very confused. I too am uncut and found dry jelqing very uncomfortable. Looks like I was doing it wrong. Sorry cayance but I’m struggling to understand your method. Are you basically pushing with your thumb on top and your middle finger underneath with your point finger along the sides? I just can’t visualize the movement.

@ cayance, why not just use the OK grip? And I think that lower levels of erection help with lenght.
