This is up for debate. Many feel that cumming after a workout tightens the penis up, decreasing the ligament stretch and tissue expansion. However, on the contrary, many big gainers regularly cum before after or during their workouts. Whatever works for you, this one hasn’t been settled and probably never will be.

does the penis neccesarily tighten, or is it just that the extra burst of blood due to orgasm makes it feel tighter.

I keep my PE and masturbation separate, I feel that it’s better not to cum after doing your PE it keeps you testosterone level up leading to better gains, this is all up for debate and only my opinion. I am troubled by this not-cumming thing too. Because of PE, I hardly ejaculate anymore. I don’t even want to jerk off in between workouts. When I was with my girlfriend, I’d cum every chance I got but I never fucked her immediately after a PE workout.

Like Dino, I usually keep the two separate. Once in a while, after an especially long PE session, I will masturbate since it doesn’t seem to affect my PE gains nor my sex life. One of the advantages of being older is that I can sustain my jelqing/stretching sessions much longer without having the urge to ejaculate. But when I come to think of it, that was true when I was younger as well. PE sure makes you feel more alive and vital—in so many ways. What a gift!!

I usually follow the Dino method, too, and for the similar reasons he does. Staying pumped up after a workout encourages one to stick with the PE program. I don’t, though, believe that ejaculating after PE is a negative to gains in any way because I often mixed masturbation and PE during the time that I was gaining.

Lurkmeat: Try to get back in the swing of frequent ejaculations, no matter when you do it. There’s a good deal of evidence now that regular ejaculations are a major benefit to prostate health both now and in your future. When you get as old as Horsehung and me you’ll appreciate even more that you are still sexually active and that your prostate and seminal vessicles are operating much as they did in your sexual prime. My urologist, who knows his stuff, believes stongly in keeping our pumps primed, so to say.

I think I have to start cumming after my workouts. The jelqing gets me really horny, for a lack of better terms. I tried to not jerk off after my workouts, and I dont have time to jerk off any other time of the day. So, I went three days straight without jerking off. By the end of my third session of PE, my sex drive was so pumped, that I jerked off four times in a row within an hour after my third workout. That really fatigued my unit, so I’m taking a few days off. My urethra is really sore right about now. I’ll restart PE on Monday.

However, if it weren’t for my sex drive, I’d try not to masturbate anytime near PE. I know what it does to me in weightlifting, because I do feel a huge drop in stamina (most likely from testosterone drop), and I think that that “drop” can be transposed to PE as well.

Keep them seperate. However, sex is a different story, IMHO. I can PE, then have sex and cum, and hang bigger and badder than ever with no shrinkage. Masterbating has a very different effect for some reason.

I have never read about someone masterbating afterwards and it benefiting them.
