Guys, I’ve read it several times now and am trying it out for the month of march.

It’s stretching every day (6on/1off) and doing girth work only every other day (1on/1off).

Some claim that stress caused by stretching is healed in 8 hours and that girth moves take lots more rest.

Has anyone actually done this and if yes what were the results.

Is it really the ULTIMATE APPROACH ?

Its what works for you, everyone has their own ultimate approach. Most people have yet to find theirs, myself included. If you find it you will know.

the ultimate PE routine is individual to all. but, compared to weightlifting there are routines which works similar for everyone who are looking for the same kind of strenght gains. There are huge differents between a guy who strenght trains to become better at running 100m and a person running a marathon. So when it comes to PE, is it better comparred to the 100m (explosive) guy who lifts and rests at least every second day, letting the cells to repair. Or are we the marathon guy who train the muscles for longer times and then it´s healed ~8-24 hours later? It makes sens to me for finding the ultimate routine somehow….

Ok guys i was just trying to get your attention by talking about “the ultimate routine/approach”. I guess I overdid it a bit.

What I really wanted to know is if anyone tried the outlined approach, stretch every day and girth every other day and what were there results ?
