I was into PE about as long as you when manual started not to work that well anymore. I was lucky at that point I had the time to hang. I did have good success with a split routine like your doing in my early PE days.

Well over the months between a busy schedule and some home improvement I can’t really say I tested my theory very well. I have been inconsistent at best even though my version of inconsistent might be more PE that a lot of people:) . I have been experimenting with all day stretchers trying to find or make one that is pure stealth and still able to get a good tug on the penis. It seems it’s easy to have stealth without comfort or comfort with out stealth. I believe if I can find a ADS that will be invisible under regular jeans and is comfortable enough to wear 5 hours a day it will be the answer to mine and most others guys problems.

Well, I’m gonna jump in here and give my story… Gather round the campfire cuz mine’s kinda depressing. I keep a written log of everything I do… And I’m dedicated to my routine quite solidly, I’ve basically taken a bunch of routines, and combined the most important aspects of the routine and I’ve come up with almost zero for gains. I’m getting rather close to the three month mark and I haven’t quite gained that half inch you supposedly should. I thought I had a quarter inch gain at some point but that turned out to be a false pretense. Unfortunatley I’m crawling up on that point where I just give up and recede back in to the frustrated mindset that I cannot gain no matter how much time I put in to it - and it sounds stupid, but I honestly feel like I’m wasting away many hours of my life on ghost chase.

So that’s my story I guess… I’ve gained 0 in three months though I am certain that I’m doing everything perfectly right, warm up, jelqs, various stretches… And it’s as always a real downer, and I’m now just looking for the best advice there is for someone like me.
But who knows, maybe it’s because I’m 18… Maybe it’s because I barely break 5’10” and have less blood, maybe my body is build too different, who knows.

I’m not sure where you heard your suppose to gain a half inch in the first three months but I will tell you that’s almost unheard of if your lucky you will gain a 1/2 inch in the first year.

We are mixing different questions here, seems to me; but, given the topic, there is nothing wrong with that.

For most of non-gainers, recording the PE-work will say why they aren’t gaining: too low/inconstant work.

For others, if we can exclude some systemic cause like diabetes or such, the reason is a wrong approach: you have to discover what works for you.

In my case, manual stretching never worked; though, I think manual stretching is for most of guys the best lenght exercise. If you have an anelastic tunica, I believe, you can’t gain with high-force PE works (ugh..I hope it’s clear).

I think also that a long PE-career will give you an anelastic tunica. So, you have to use a long-time-low-tension approach.This means that I agree with Dino :an extender could be the answer, if length is concerned, for many of non-gainers. The sole PE work I’m doing from last december is wearing an homemade extender 2 hours a day; many days, less than that time. It’s seem it is working : slowly, but that’s it.

There must be a PE-work that can give to you results, at least if your healt is good. That’s what I believe.

I have been thinking about it lately and wondering why I haven’t really been able to gain of late and I was thinking it’s at least part my fault. I will use today as an example I had the whole day to myself granted I had to get some work done around the house but had I been thinking about growing dick I very easily could have worn one of my all day stretchers that fit very easily under my loose jeans. I also spent several hours by the computer and watching TV and I very easily could have worn my extender or hung with the bib but I didn’t.

The old Dino would not have wasted this time I would have incorporated the PE into my schedule. I can’t take full blame it really does get harder to get gains after your dick gets tough as nails but I have to admit to being a slacker lately. My lack of motivation is from not being unhappy with my size but it’s not my goal that I’m stuck at and I really need to hit it. While I don’t have the time to hang like I used to, their are times when I’m surfing or researching the stock market or just dicking around playing a game and I should be utilizing that time and multitasking by doing PE. It takes nothing to strap on a extender while surfing the net or reading the forum. I would never even waste 20 minutes when I was really serious even when I was in the bathroom I was doing a stretch here or there.

So this is a thread to look at yourself and your PE and try to understand what’s wrong and what you can do to right it and get gaining. So are you motivated enough or are you fooling yourself and just going through the motions and really not giving it all you could to succeed. So take a look and post it here and let us know what your going to do different to get some gains. I already started, I made sure my extender was on before I came back on the forum. I’m done messing around I will know longer waste anytime that I could be growing dick with!!

I’m still at post one here! And while I have my consistent periods most of the time I’m not, it’s very hard between work and the kids and trying to survive in this economy. But I’m still thinking that an ADS stretcher is the way for us vets to go but so far I have been unable to make one or buy one that I consider stealth enough and or comfortable enough. It’s always one or the other and it’s not my lack of trying I have a huge gym bag full of home made and bought ADS, I can’t tell you how many hundreds of dollars of stuff I have bought and I still haven’t found the one that can give you enough comfort without being bulky. I can’t even go to a hardware store without my thoughts going a mile a minute:) . I’m going to get serious I have a few new thoughts that I want to work out on the comfort side.

Idk why but I been doing PE’s for about a month,new to this site though and haven’t seen a difference.I work out and take protains could that be it? Or am I doing it wrong by maybe clamping a lil to hard/ less tensions is going on?

You shouldn’t even be clamping yet, your going to hurt yourself and have more problems than no gains in 30 days. Take your time bro because PE is a cross country race not a 100 yard dash.

I use a noose-style from time to time, I had no-problems with that - altough I don’t advice it to anybody, you are vet enough and don’t need any warning :) . How about an Anchor-weight? Doesn’t look difficult to make, I think hobby started a thread about.

Expounding on what dino9x7 said, PE is more like a Across the USA race and back, comprised of dozens of “cross-country” races.
