I was wondering if you had the size of your glands increased? It looks very unnatural to me when the base is much larger than the head.

I am considering this procedure but would be flying in from out of town. How long after the surgery would I have to stay in the area?

Thanks!

I have a fairly large head, but the increases over nearly 7 inches of shaft is gradual so it does not look unnatural

Do the glands increase at all with the girth surgery? Any kind of gland stretching from the girth expansion?

They say they do a gland enhancement with an increase of 10 to 15%. I think there was some increase not sure how much

glans (head of penis)

glands (organs that secrete something)

Looks interesting thanks.

WestLa, Correct, wasn’t paying attention and I think the question was answered which is more important than what typos we made. :)

My post was meant to be more informational for the audience rather than a complaint about you or what you typed. In spite of the smiley after your response I have to say that you seem rather defensive (throughout this thread) with a need to reiterate your position or to explain why you write what you do. Why?

Reading between the lines too much dude. Besides I think everyone knows what was meant by “glans”. As for other times… I was defensive and for good reason and eventually those folks realized their mistakes and we’ve all moved on. Nice place to be.

>I was defensive and for good reason<

Yeah.

>eventually those folks realized their mistakes and we’ve all moved on<

I think we all started to separate some of the fable from the reality. Then we moved on but I can recap if you like.

Personally I’d prefer to ask you a question.

You had the surgery on March 28 this year right? So you are unlikely to have hit any of the more long term problems linked from this thread.

Regarding pics. I agree they are no proof but as you can see from 8-balls thread, a well documentated series of pictures is going down extremely well. It would I’m sure be useful for the members to have an idea of 6 months on from surgery in gritty detail. If you are willing and especially if you have before, just after and nowish pics to show the healing and final results, I’m pretty certain it would be appreciated.

I will agree, some after pictures would be nice, especially erect. I promise to post them myself but my dermal grafts will take at least a few months to vascularize. I do think a few people here have been giving TTO a little too much of a hard time and maybe his apprehension to post a picture has something to do with all the negativity about surgery he’s faced at the forum. However once again, the best way to silence the crowd would be to post the results and then we won’t have to speculate.

8-ball,

I don’t think any of the comments here have been to do with the fact that thethickone is talking about surgery.

The more we move into normal conversation, where we get past the bollocks and onto the detail and the experience the better this thread will get.

I think that what everyone is hoping for is an unvarnished picture.

For those seriously considering surgery the more they know about the process, the good and the bad, the better.

Why ask why?
TTO and 8-Ball have been kind enough to share their experiences and answer questions about PE surgery. Their information is invaluable and, surprisingly enough, missing on this forum until now. Can we keep this thread strictly on topic before we lose the contributions of these members.

The reasons why one has the surgery or why one desires a certain size can be debated ad infinitum. Details of the surgery are most important and the “why’s” can be answered by our selves.

Uh yeah whatever. As to long term problems those “linked” to this thread actually happened fairly quickly within a month or two, I am nearly 6 months post op. Again I think it’s more dependent on the individual as to their results and “problems” versus the procedure.

If you smoke, drink, engage in anal sex without protection, don’t eat right, are in poor health, or don’t take the right supplements then your results will be terrible.

Again I can’t document the validity of any of the so called problems nor can you, so I find it absurd you asking me to comment on something I’ve never experienced nor heard of from those who had the surgery before I did. I am not giving anyone an unvarnished viewpoint. I am giving them MY personal viewpoint based on my experience.

I can’t answer for anyone but myself.

Actually I did document my whole experience in photos and a personal journal. As to posting pictures, dude I do not then want to spend my time defending my pictures or hearing the negativity. Again I may change my mind, but for now I think it’s pointless.

Why is it so critical that someone who is having this surgery doesn’t drink?

One of the reasons the doctor is against alcohol is because he feels it can compromise healing in the initial stages and interfer with blood flow and new blood vessels forming.

BTW he is also against alcohol intake for other health reasons.

The other issues are kind of self evident as far as smoking and so on.
