Those Who Havent Gained After A Year

how do u continue? i know i would have given up.

It’s the people here who give me the hope and dedication.

I have only achieved marginal growth appx .5 inch in over 1 years pe.

But I believe it WILL work, it’s just a matter of time and finding the exercise that’s right for me.

I know if I give up now in 5 years time I will be thinking “what if”.

If you want it bigger, and don’t keep trying you will never know what could be achieved.

If you give up maybe i’ts not for you anyway.

It took me two years to gain 1” in length and .5” girth. That is however, 1” and .5” I didn’t have before. Also my penis is healthier overall. I think also the discipline of PEing regularly has effected my discipline in other areas of my life positively.

Right on puff!! I notice myself also putting more effort into things using the same thought pattern as my PE efforts.

Amen to that, mike. Of course it also helps if you are not too desperate for fast gains because you are already pretty happy with your size. I have PEd on and off for God knows how long now and I have 0.4 inches of EBPL gain to show for it. I visit these forums almost daily, even if I´m not pulling my dick every day, because the people here and the very fact that PE is possible makes me feel good. Quiting is not an option.
