Thumbstretch for upper tunica

I am grabbing my dick with a basic ok-grip (palm facing down) just under the glans, and while it’s stretched pressure can be added on upper shaft by turning hand 45 degrees forward (thumbs lower part is creating the “effect”). I definitely feel some soreness on upper tunica after a few of these.

I’ve been doing this stretch in addition with the a-stretch and some btc stretches in the evening, and I believe that combination of all these will break my plateau soon.

Added a free handed drawing (.jpeg). That will probably clarify for those who have trouble understanding my english :)

Try it and comment on it! Hit or a miss?

I suppose if you pivoted your wrist the other way you could stress the underbelly of the tunica?

Well, if it’s interior tissue soreness as opposed to skin soreness, then perhaps you have another exercise or variant, Johan. Bravo. Let us know how it works out. Then you get to share the crown of Multi-PE Exercise King w/ DLD.

I’ve been doing that kind of stretch since I started…..not with any specific time frame in mind, but just casually. I tried doing a DLD bend one day, and realized that there just wasn’t enough there yet. It DOES seem to give a good stretch, but now I’m glad to hear someone else is doing it :D

It will work. It has to. I will not share the crown with DLD. That would be a very small share if I did. :chuckle: Actually, Canwood, I’m surprised that none else has ever mentioned doing DTBTS-type of stretch. I’m glad too. :)

EDIT: I also do these with the “bundle by DLD”. Feels good…

I have tried a stretch that I think I made up, I say I think because I’m not sure if someone else has tried this before me, and it goes like this:

Grab your penis behind the glans as if performing a traditional type stretch. Stretch out your penis but not fully, when in the semi-stretched state turn your grip hand up so that your glans is facing your stomach. Now stretch as hard as you can.

This gives me a very good soreness at the base of my penis, just thought I’d share it with my buddies here.

I am from Detroit

I don’t know how I missed this thread earlier. As soon as I found it I had to go off to the toilet to try this stretch. It definitely stretches the tunica rather than just the skin. I am still feeling it 5 minutes later which I’ve never felt with any other stretch.

Depending on hand position this stretch could used to stretch all 360 degrees of the tunica.

I will certainly be doing the DTBTS stretch from now on.

Definitely a hit Johan.

I’ve been doing this as an end to my V stretch exercise; I work my way up the shaft until I end with this. Do about 5 reps.


Start 2/1/03 FBP: L: 3.25", G:3.00" EBP: L: 5.85", G:4.25" 7/7/03 FBP: L: 5.50", G:5.25" EBP: L: 7.00", G:5.25"

Thanks dewey. but .. I’d rather work with a pencil and paper, cause that mouse doesn’t do what I tell him. I’m not an illustrator, but I do like to do sketches and draw stuff.
