Heah Thunder, I needed to know whether the two way exercise from Big Penis forum, is worth doing. I know you started your workouts at that site and was wondering whether you have made any gains from this exercise. Or if you know anyone that has.

I want to use my jelqing time constructively, so if you can give me the most effective exercises, along with the least effective exercises, I will be most greatful!

When I first started PE I used the 2 way for quite awhile. It seemed to work for me then. I don’t do it regularly any more though. Different exercises work for different guys. You just have to try them and make your own judgement as to the effectiveness of one over the other. The same thing goes for routines, you have to be the judge of whether a particular routine is working for you. Start with the basics and add/modify them as you get further experience. I don’t think a guy can go wrong with just doing the three basic exercises to start out. Some form of hot wrap/warm up, basic jelqing, stretches, and don’t forget the PC exercises. After you are at it for awhile you can consider adding to your routine. Something in the line of squeezes/Uli’s and then modify the exercises to suit your own tastes. Hope this helps!!
