What with school, a business startup, and (ocassionally) getting laid, I have not been visiting Thunders. I also have not been PEing, other than AI stretches when I visit the crapper. Hope that will change in a few weeks. Not even reading any posts right now, just dropping in to leave this quick message.

I have not lost any erect gains. It doesn’t hang as well as it used to, but that could be cold weather, lack of sleep, etc.

I hope that everyone has continued to gain and that you have all passed me up while I have been gone!

At least you are still doing something. Maybe everytime you go to take a leak you can perform a few manual stretches as well and of course there is never an excuse not to kegel as we can do it anywhere at almost any time.
