My dick is getting bigger
Little update, my dick is getting pretty fat. I have been really putting in some intense sessions. This is my new and improved routine, and it is based on no rest days. I actually have a take it easy day were I just do some uli’s without a warm up for maintenance. Lately, I have been putting about two hours into my sessions, but that includes warm ups, and every little thing in between. First, I warm up with the heat pad for ten minutes and proceed with thirty minutes of O bends, followed by ten minutes of twisted jelqs. Then I do another ten minute warm up. Then I clamp while watching pornography on my favorite new web site called www. xxnx. com. It is completely free and it has a great buffering system when it is running properly.
I usually do two 15 to 20 minute sets with five minute warm ups in between. After I am done clamping I then go upstairs in my bathroom and do uli’s in front of the mirror for another 30 minutes usually.
I have gained at least 2/8ths of girth theses past two weeks and it is all solid. I just did a session and my dick was 5.7EG while I did a uli. I mentioned this in another thread, but to let everyone know again,
I have a piece of flexible measuring tape that is cut to my original EG size that I rap around my dick while I do my uli’s at the end of a long session for additional motivation. I like to see the difference in the tape, because it is still hard to except that my dick is getting so thick. My only problem now is at this rate my dick is going to look pretty stubby, but at that point I will start supplementing some hanging into my routine.
I don’t do the session I described above everyday though. Tomorrow for instance, I will do a ten minute warm up and skip right to clamping. I will do two 15 minute sets. Then the next day I will do the big session again, and then the next day I will just do some uli’s to keep it plump; and the next day I will do the big session again and so on. Also, I have been trying to not ejaculate as much as possible, and I think it has been helping me gain. It takes a lot of will power to restrain though after watching porn for an hour, but I am a sick fuck and I make shit happen.
Before this new and improved routine, all I did was chase gains because I took to many rest days, and did thirty minute sessions. It wasn’t for nothing though, because my dick can handle a lot of pressure these days. I think when your penis can withstand a lot of pressure, the more productive you can be to gain. IMHO, for people like me who have chased gains only to drive themselves crazy, there is a solution. Rest is overrated, once your penis is conditioned, and once your dick can handle the pressure, you need to step it up like I am doing and success will come.
