Today is the first day of a 10 day
De-conditioning break. I will still do light jelqing and manual stretching in the days off. I need to find something out to jump start my gains again. I have reached a plateau and can’t seem to get past it so without further a due I will be taking 10 days off hoping to see some form of gains when I start back.
Routine
Morning when taking a shower 6-9 minutes of stretching SD,SO and SU and some mild jelqing while I have soap on my wang

10 minutes jelqing
15 minutes clamping w kegels
10 minutes jelq
15 minutes clamping w kegels
10 minutes jelq
15 minutes clamping w kegels
Light jelqing on my off days if I have time
Don’t know what else I need to do to start with the gains again all I am looking for a modest .25 mid shaft
