Hey Captn’,

I thought of that too, but it might get to confusing if “flex” is part of the name, but it’s a bend.

It’s like the Uli, his name was Ulistretch (Uli being the Hawaiian term for penis) Originally his exercise was called the Uli#2, because it was the 2nd part of his routine, but then it got dropped to just, Uli. If it was called “Uli-stretch” that would be confusing to Newbies. Or am I just over thinking things?

Hmmm - and now that you mention it, my wife has a pair of shoes for every day of the year - which means she has more shoes than there are days in two years if you do the math.

Whatever people call Titan’s exercise it will be very interesting to hear feedback on how others experience it. I’m not anywhere near a girth routine these days but I like the sound of this one. It’s pretty unique, Titan.

This shoe conversation has me a little worried. So how many shoes do you have Cap? And do you where white shoes after Labor day? There are rules you know.

Sean - I think you’re right that we should pick a name that is descriptive. How about the Get Bent Manuever? Or Bend Your Boner? How about Fold the Flounder? I’m curious to hear your reaction after you try it. I get the feeling that this bend also adds length, but can’t be sure.

Titan, this is very interesting. What is the angle of your erection? If your dick slaps your stomach when hard, which I’m guessing might be your case, would that make it easier for you to do this particular exercise? Would it still work if your dick pointed straight out when hard? Or, since you do it at about 80% erect and not 100%, would the erection angle make any difference at all? —HANK

That’s an interesting thought, and after thinking about it a while, I realized that I get enough of an erection to stand straight out for the bend to work properly. If I get more than that, I can’t bend my unit into a fold. If it’s less than that, then there’s no fold, just a gradual bend. I always do this bend in a sitting position which also affects the erection angle.

Interesting exercise…I bacially started doing a very similar one last night that I just happened to do….grabbed my unit and started bending moving the “fold” up and down the shaft….isnt it amazing how two unrelated people, on different sides of the earth can come up with similar exercises.

Actually I reckon the name “titan flex” for the exercise is pretty good. How about “Titan Fold”?

On the subject of exercises, last night after the wife went to bed, while I was watching TV, I grabbed a small towel, wet it with warm water and heated myself prior to doing some manual stretches stright down. I then went in the shower and jelqed nice and slow, also straight down. I loved it! Got nice and pumped and stretched my ligs at the same time! Anyone else done this before?

Right I’ve had a bash so to speak but just can’t seem to grasp this…..any chance of a diagram please :)

This is the best I could do with my limited skill.

The first image is where you start with enough of an erection to stand straight out. Use the palm of your hand and push in the direction of the arrows to produce the sharp bend found in the second image.

Once you have the bend, push with your cupped palm like in the second image and push in the direction of the arrows. This will slowly start the bend moving along the length of the shaft until you reach the glans and your unit is laying along your stomach. If you don’t have enough erection, then the fold will move too quickly and not produce any pressure. Too much of an erection and it won’t bend, but if you continue pressing, you’ll lose enough erection to get the bend.

I think this bend is worth pursuing, because it produces a proper ache after just 5 minutes. Using other techniques takes me at least 30 minutes to get less of an ache, not to mention all the friction and discoloration.

Again, sorry for the poor diagram.
