Here’s a description of the bend I’ve been doing.
First a disclaimer - this can be dangerous!! Do not try this if you have any doubts.
I start with about 80% wood, with the palm of my hand, I push on the glans straight back towards my body. With just the right amount of engorgement, my dick forms a sharp angled bend right at the fat pad with most of my dick pointing pretty much straight down. With too little engorgement, my dick just bends with no sharp angle. With too much engorgment, I can’t bend it. Once the sharp angle is established, it acts like a valve to keep the blood from rushing back out. Now I push the end of my dick upwards, towards my navel like I’m trying to shove my erection back up into my body and then the sharp fold gardually starts rolling along the length of my dick until it reaches the glans. Since the fold is acting as a valve, the trapped blood gets compressed more and more as the fold travels towards the glans. The pressure that builds up can easily be controlled with just a little practice. The amount of pressure you can build is amazing and that’s where it gets dangerous. It’s easy to get carried away and go for too much pressure. Work into this one gently. For me, at first, the fold didn’t want to travel smoothly, but after a couple of days, it worked like a champ. The texture of my shaft has improved since using this bend and I feel like the shaft is more uniform and smooth.
I came up with this because full erect bends scare me. Using this technique, the dick is already fully bent under controlled conditions. Seems to me that full erect bends have the potential to suddenly rupture things and it’s hard to know exactly when that’s going to happen when adding more pressure.
I also like this technique, because I don’t get red dots all over my glans since I’m compressing the glans the whole time. That’s been a problem for me when creating enough pressure using other techniques. I’m sure it’s just that I’m not careful enough, but with this one, it’s a no-brainer. And one last thing, I’m using the strength of my arm instead of the my grip to produce the pressure which is easier. My hands would tire out using other techniques and I would cut the sessions short and not generate the pressure I needed.
After 5 minutes of this bend, my dick has the perfect amount of ache and I have to jelq for a minute to get regular feeling back into my unit. I’ve been doing this bend 5-10 times a day, spread out over the day at work. I figure that if smokers can take that many breaks during the day, then I can duck off to the men’s room for 5 minutes at a time. On weekends, I just do manual stretches for 20 minutes in the morning. This is a good routine for us stealth PEers. It doesn’t use any gadgets and it is quick.
This has been my routine over the last 6 weeks and it’s really been working in the girth department. Hopefully this will work for others, but PE seems to be very fickle and ya never know what will work for each person.
