Trouble gaining length

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a new thread.

I am pretty sure I can gain girth. I see new veins almost everyday. (yes, i’ve mentioned this in previous posts)

The problem is the following; I do my routine 90% very early in the am. (just after I wake up, and in the shower)

I seem to have good morning wood, and it makes stretching difficult. I warm up, and start doing manual SD stretches. After a few minutes of this, my unit comes to life to around 60 or 70% erection.

I have 5.55” girth, (and growing), and I am wondering if I am just not going to gain any length.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d like to gain .75 to 1” in length. ( I have a genetically large fat pad that hides much of my dick)

I usually do my PE in the mornings as well, and have similar issues as you. I find it very hard to get a good stretch in the morning. when I have done my exercises in the evenings, the stretch seems to go further and feels more like a stretch. (I am referring to manual stretches) Your troubles sound a lot like my troubles.

I’ve been trying to incorporate evening workouts/stretching when I can, though I don’t know how well it has been working. Sorry, not much help, it will be interesting to see what others suggest.

Goal: Nbpel: 7.5-8" Eg: 6.0-6.5"

This works for me:

Grasp your penis base so it is located between your pointing finger and the thumb. Push the hand down an close it so that the bloodflow is limited.

This will allow better stretching and avoid erections.

I have found the same thing, and have started to work with it instead of against it. I take advantage of the plump morning penis and do girth type exercises, then do length work relaxing in an evening bath. I am pretty much letting my penis decide what we do according to how it is reacting. I don’t know if this is a smart thing to do or not at this point. I am somewhat using the same principals as you would watching your PI’s.

Thanks, I’ll give this a try CP. I will also continue to take advantage of it, (the morning wood), to get more girth gains.

I have read some threads/posts that say that a girthier penis, to start with, is harder to gain length. I’m not sure one way or another. I do know the length dial is not moving.

Have you tried hanging? I had the same frustrations with slow length gains that I blamed on a fairly large girth and switched to a hanging routine about 3 weeks ago. It’s too soon to tell whether it will be effective, but so far the erections that interfered with manual stretching haven’t been an issue in hanging.


start 1/20/08: 6.0 nbpel, 5.5 eg, 4 fl, 5 fg

now 6/30/12: 6.75 nbpel, 5.875 eg, 5.0 fl, 5.125 fg

Do bed fowfers when you go to bed at night this will suffice for the stretching issue. To get length you have to jelqs between 50-60% erect.

I have not tried hanging. I am not sure I have the time nor dedication to get into hanging, and I do not want to lose any EQ. I have resigned myself to having “what I have”, which is adequate, and working on girth.

I might start clamping, and I do have a good pump. (pumping in a 1.75” tube might help with length as well)

We will see……. unless someone has some other ideas for me on the length side…..????

I would love to do fowfers, but I seem to have problems with my thighs squeezing my balls and pulling my pubic hairs. I have been able to feel the stretch, but I have not been able to hold it in that position for very long.

I think you are one of the Kings(pole) of fowfing,…. while eating ice cream no less if I remember correctly. ;) Can you give me some detail on how EXACTLY you do your fowfers? Maybe I am doing them incorrectly.

How long do you warm up? I’ve been warming up an extra few minutes to make sure I am good and soft/stretchy. Seems to be helping the past few days anyway. Just a thought.
