Hanging: Gaining much skin but slight length

Hi all,
I have finally developed a technique (after several months of trial and error) for hanging (Bib hanger) that seems to work and is comfortable, and have been hanging for the past few weeks (startred at 12.5 lbs once a day and am now at three-30 minute sessions at 15 lbs).

I may have gained about 1/16 inch in length, but the increase in foreskin is amazing. I am circumsized, but luckily have lots of skin, but now when I am semi-erect, the foreskin does not retract and I could easily pass for uncut! Woo hoo!

I tried foreskin restoration a few years ago (stretching) and got some success, but nothing like this. I’m quite pleased.

My questions:
Am I hanging properly (to get this skin change) or do I need to change my techinque?
Does skin growth as I have described mean length gains will follow?
Does it matter where on the shaft (back towards the groin, middle, behind the head, etc.) I attach my Bib hanger to get length instead of skin gains?
Am I doing everything/anything right?
Am I am thread killer?

No, Groanman: I’m the thread killer, if you don’t believe me just watch this one die, but before it does, here is my 2 cents.

I can appreciate what you are saying, the same thing’s happening with me. At first I didn’t think I liked it, but now I do. Being circumcised I’ve always admired the uncut penis, because they always look thicker when flaccid. The foreskin kind of rolls over the length of the shaft causing a double layer of skin. Since I’ve been PEing I gained a ton of skin. When flaccid I looked to be uncut. The foreskin doesn’t completely cover the glands (I like this) but does give me that thick uncut looking flaccid.

However, I don’t think what we are doing is really productive PE. The further back, toward the body you put the hanger, the more skin you will stretch. Bib says pull all foreskin and I suppose excess PE skin back when you wrap and attach the hanger. This is probably the best way for true length gains. But to tell you the truth, for me hanging seems much more painless if I let some of that excess skin bunch up between the hanger and the glands and put the hanger as far back as possible. Hanging this way makes more skin, which I like. But to get down to the real objective of gaining a longer tunica and or ligs, I feel we may have to leave the skin alone for a while.

Well, that is a loaded question. I wanted to restore my foreskin, and worked from the very beginning to grow more skin. Also, you must realize that skin is the first limiting factor. You will have to stretch skin before you can effectively hit the inner structures. Divide and conquer.

Nope, you could actually do nothing but stretch skin, with very little stress on the inner structures if you wanted to. But I doubt that is your goal. Actual erect length gains only occur by concentrated stress on the tunica and/or the ligs.

Absolutely. Closer to the base will tend to stretch skin. Closer to the head will tend to stretch the inner structures.

Are you just feeling the stretch now in the skin, or are you reaching fatigue within the shaft and/or ligs? Have you gone over the LOT information?

Thanks for the clarification.

I initially attach the Bib hanger mid-shaft, and do not place it too close behind the head for fear of nerve damage in that area. I really have a hard time keeping the hanger in place, as it seems to pull towards the head anyhow, due to all my excess skin.

It seems like a contradiction: Lots of messages on here about not putting pressure behind the head to avoid nerve damage; and now I’m supposed to place the hanger closer to the head to stretch the inner structures.

I’m not sure if I feel a lig burn or not. I certainly feel skin burn from time to time and remove/readjust the hanger to remedy that. I’m not sure what a lig burn should feel like, but generally I feel an over-all ache in my penis after 20-25 minutes, which I thought might be blood “pooling” of some sort of lack of circulation result (penis is initially dark when I remove the hanger, but quickly regains color).

My LOT is fairly low, about 7 or so. When I started PE about a year ago, I mainly jelqued (PowerJelquer) SO and SD, and gained just over an inch in 6 weeks. I then hit a plateau with no further gains for the next several months, and so I switched to lig work by hanging. Slight length gains, but like I said, lots of new skin, which I like so far.

I have found the learning curve for hanging to be pretty steep for me. So many variables:How much wrapping to use, how tight to wrap, where to place the hanger on the shaft, how tight to adjust the hanger.

I have recently begun wrapping more tightly, and that seems to make the hanger fit better. But also, when the penis is wrapped really tight, it is not flexible anymore and feels like the whole penis is being pulled as one rigid unit, rather than a “portion” of the penis (when it is more loosely wrapped). Not sure if that last part makes sense.

Anyhow, I’ll keep tugging away…and Thanks for the advice.

I feel the same way about the hanger slipping towards the glands. The hanger does not cover the glands but it still slips a little , I ever try to tighten in very tight but it just slides up towards the head? I did read on here about how the back end should not be as tight as the front of the bib hanger I don’t feel fatigue yet? I’m hanger about 22 lbs of weight I ever tried less weight but the hanger still rides towards the head if anybody else has the problem please let me know.

Have you tried placing the hanger one inch behind the head as recommended?

I have never seen these contradictions concerning the Bib. I always see recommendation of starting the wrap 3/4 to one inch behind the coronal ridge, with hanger placement 1/4 inch behind the front edge of the wrap.

The hanger placement is easy. Just follow what I wrote above. Tightness is easy with experience. You tighten as much as you need for the weight you wish to hang. Wrapping, if you have a regular, you will need about 4.5-5 inches of wrapped flaccid girth. For a starter about 4.25 inches. Wrapping tightness, just enough so that you are still able to piss. If urine can travel down the urethra fairly easily, then blood can be pumped through your vessels fairly easily.

When you get things close, you are welcome to take pictures and send them to me. I have caught several mistakes by guys using this method.
