Trying something new with the wrap
Well getting back into it with the wrap and all. Decided to try something new for me. After some time goes by and if I lose the stretched feeling I so this. To increase the stretch, instead of pulling or using the uli I wrap again above the previous wrap to increase the pressure. This way I keep the pressure on and increase it without putting pressure on the injured area. Worked pretty well the first time, but will work with it more tomorrow. I will basically stay with the basic wrap, but at times if it subsides a little and I want to add some pressure this is one way.
