Turtling hinders gains

Turtling hinders gains

Who thinks this? And Why? I only turtle when I have caffeine, very very nervous, or if I have diarrhea

Many ppl think this because when it turtles thats the state it heals in

ppl? Touchmyrod, I sincerely suggest you go read the guidelines again. You’ve been a member long enough to know better.

Sorry, it’s a habit.

My flaccid grows and shrinks throughout the day. Sometimes it’s very tiny and at other times it has a decent hang. The same thing happens with my scrotum. I cannot control it. It’s a normal response to the environment (cold, etc.), emotion, or perhaps even chemistry. I can’t imagine that this natural action and reaction “hinders” anything.

Why do you guys worry so much about small stuff like this?

I wonder if turtling actually hinders pe progress. Only one way to find out: Have pe-ers wear cock rings, ads’s, wraps and have others wear nothing to prevent turtling.

I wear nothing to prevent turtling. Turtling does not effect gains this is a natural physiological process. When you take caffeine it shrinks, when your nervous it shrinks. When you hold your flaccid in a kegel(The un-relaxed state) position for a long time like I do sometimes it turtles.

You’d have to group them up in pairs with all the other variables matched to prevent unknown causes from affecting the results. You can be in charge of this. Let us know when you want to start the experiment.

Physiologically I don’t see how the contraction of a few muscles would prevent or reverse the growth caused by PE exercises. Why do you think so?

I sure hope it doesn’t affect results, I’m just starting, but I swim for cardio - pool water is cold.

I don’t think ‘turtleing’ hinders “erect gains”.

I do however think that preventing ‘turtleing” will train the unit to be longer undre flaccid state…

I think we got it.

There needs to be more then just saying “never let it turtle”. I think the method about which we accomplish the lack of Turtle is key to understanding the benefits of the principle.

If we are using an ADS of some sort then we are certainly doing more then just preventing turtling. There has to be a benefit to stressing the shortest tissue in the structure at any given time. (usually Ligs) and yes it does train the crimping mechanism to stay relaxed. This in turn can only be recognized as growth in the long term because after the lack of turtling must come overall gains both in the flaccid state and erect.
