I experienced the yo-yo effect recently with mesurements and pinpointed it to two things.
1.Overtraining
2.Overuseage
Let’s start with overtraining.
I was making my routine too long and being far too vigorous with my grips and squeezes so by then end of my routine my unit was on it’s last legs.Couple this with long hours in work, going to the gym 4-5 days a week and a regular sex life with my longterm gf then you have a recipe for disaster. I was also incorporating ‘edging’ which,as a newbie, should have been a no-no.Which brings me on to point number 2.
Overuseage.
PE everyday, masturbate everyday, edge everyday, sex 3 times a week, random measuring sessions throughout the day or every day, watching porn…etc…etc…Do you really think the penis was designed to handle all of that stress and activity?I know mine wasn’t!
So my solution?
I cut down on EVERYTHING drastically.
My PE routine is right back to the newbie basics and only takes between 20-30 mins from start to finish to complete. That includes warm up and cool downs. I’m as gentle as can be when gripping and squeezing my penis during my routine as I was previously choking the poor bugger to death. Masturbation is down to 3 times a week (4 max.) and I’ve completely erased edging from my vocabulary whatsoever as it doesn’t do anything for me other than leave me overtrained, tired and unable to recuperate between PE sessions.
On top of that I’ve cut measuring down to maybe once a fortnight, although I took a cheeky measure yesterday which showed gains :) And I’m making sure I get a good nights rest everynight so I can give him & me a good chance to recover for whatever the following day has to offer.
When I was in the middle of all the activity madness my penis measurement went from 7.5”bpel down to 7.2” and it’s now back up to 7.625” after a week of reduced activities and is still feeling strong, healthy and rearing to go! That’s what has worked for me and if it makes any sense to you then give it a try and see how you respond.
It appears that ‘less is more’ for me and you maybe one of those people that also respond to that same motto.
