Two months and nothing. Should I change my routine?

Two months and nothing. Should I change my routine?

I’m been doing PE for two months and have seen no gains what so ever, not in length or girth. At least, nothing perceiveable. This is my routine as it is now:

1) Hot wrap: 5 min

2) Stretch out, down, up, down and left, then down and right. Each stretch held for 1 minute. Then repeat.

3) Dry jelq, 300 strokes

4) Hot wrap: 5 min

5) 50 kegels (if I remember)

I’d say I do this routine about 4-5 days per week. Always the same every time. Still I’ve seen no gains. Do any of you guys think I should change my routine? If so, how? Feedback much appreciate. Cheers.

Yes. Add some more time to both stretching and jelqing. If you can’t do that (due to time restraints) I would start doing some squeezes and such. I think 2 months is sufficient time to start those. Just be careful when you first start. Make sure you are acutely aware of the condition of your unit while performing the exercises.

yeah, me too. 6 weeks and nothing to show for it. My stats show I’ve gained 1/4” but I think I’m just pushing the ruler closer to the bone. Now I’m single I’ve been dedicating serious time to it as well. Up to 2 hours. I warm up 10 min., stretch 10 min., jelq 15 min., warm up again and do it all over.

I started started a new routine yesterday after reading wadzilla’s visit with a big gainer. He warmed up, jelqed and then stretched every day. He felt the jelqing was better because he hadn’t broke down the tunica with stretching. And the stretching was better because the tunica was fairly worked from jelqing already.

So, right now I’m warming up, jelqing for 1/2 hour, then stretching for 20 min. every day. Hope this works better for me. I’m 7x5 right now and hoping to be 8x6 within a year.

Maybe your overtraining, 2 hours a day is a LOT.

I hate to say this to newbies because you have to be REALLY careful of injuries, but it is possible you are not squeezing hard enough and putting enough pressure on the tunica and the cells of the corposa. Perhaps you do not have enough of an erection, in other words, enough blood in there, to use as a tool to stretch your penis. You don’t want it to be hard, but MOST of the way hard.

What I can tell you is: if you read this board, it is obvious PE DOES work, when you find the way that is right for you. But that is not always easy. I have just gotten my first girth gains after 16 months of frustration (I was able to get length, but not girth).

Jesus christ that’s a wanker. And you started at 7x5, 16 months ago. That’s encouraging. How long did it take you to see length gains? I would be totally happy sporting a schlong like that in my pocket.

I seem to be able to apply more pressure now. It must have taken 6 weeks for me to condition my dick to handle strain. I jelq on the edge before pain. Slight discomfort but not yet painful. Pain would take all the fun out of it.

I can never do dry jelq. I always ended up full erection! I think it’s too stimulating.

Anyway have you tried wet jelq? Personally I feel wet jelq works better…

Catman: for length gains, lots of stretching, HANGING, jelquing works. I think IR light is a great new addition for heating and healing, too. I used my patented “pocket pull” throughout the day on and off as well.

As in pulling your dick with your hand in your pocket?

I’m trying to work with the Captain’s wench but it keeps slipoping off my dick. The foreskin always seems to somehow make it impossible to use. I’d love to do ADS but I can’t seem to make it happen.

Some guy is selling something called the AutoEXT or something like that that looks very good. YOu should investigate that.

Yes, if you have reasonably loose pants, you can reach into your pocket, wrap your four fingers over the top of your shaft, and get a good hard stretch - and do this on and off all day. I have done it walking down hallways with people coming the other way never thinking a thing.

I’m really looking forward to hearing about your gains from the new routine that you’re trying after reading wadzilla’s big gainer thread. I am trying something very similar after reading it but I’m not jelqing or stretching for as long as you. If I don’t see ANY gains at all in this next month I’m going to take a month or 2 deconditioning break and then start up again doing the big gainer’s exact routine.
