Two months and nothing. Should I change my routine?
I’m been doing PE for two months and have seen no gains what so ever, not in length or girth. At least, nothing perceiveable. This is my routine as it is now:
1) Hot wrap: 5 min
2) Stretch out, down, up, down and left, then down and right. Each stretch held for 1 minute. Then repeat.
3) Dry jelq, 300 strokes
4) Hot wrap: 5 min
5) 50 kegels (if I remember)
I’d say I do this routine about 4-5 days per week. Always the same every time. Still I’ve seen no gains. Do any of you guys think I should change my routine? If so, how? Feedback much appreciate. Cheers.
