ULI thing

Hi guys
I have heard about the Uli thing but cannot find out exactly what it is.I know there are posts on it in the forum but where.Can anyone explain what it is what to do and where to find the posts

Thanks for the info.I have not seen that link b4 I thought that ulis where some sort of exercise but now I see it is a cock clamp.Do you know what is the routine for using it.
