How are you all getting this thing to stay on for longer than 5 minutes. It keeps sliding off my unit no matter what I try

I don’t know if it helps but why don’t you try pulling your foreskin off your glans before putting on the ADS. That’s if you don’t feel any discomfort of course.

I’ve tried it all since I got it when I pull the skin back it doesn’t do anything but slide forward and eventually past my glans

How hard are you pulling? Are you wrapping it tight enough around your shaft?

I got kind of a mangled look after using it for a while, because I really did put it on tight in order to be able to pull.
