I have been doing my stretches underwater for the past little while, and as of late, I have found it difficult to keep a stretch for at least 30 secs. Dry, I’m fine, but under the water, I just seem to loosen off. Also when stretching, my penis seems to twist under the skin. Any advice, on correcting these problems.

For the underwater grip have you tried gripping your dick with a face cloth around it ? That’s the only way I can get a grip on mine.

What’s the logic in stretching under water?


I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

Warm to hot water to heat up your dick before stretching. I used to take a hot bath before I would do my side split stretches and I could stretch twice as far doing that, so same thing can apply to PE.

Thanks crip, Well Marco, I was reading the Shiver thread “Benefits of Heat in PE” (search for it) and I got me thinking. If a penis heated with an IR lamp could stretch like that, Then why would it not work with water, and so far, it hasn’t been too bad for me.

When my Spa is open in my back yard I find doing stretching in the warm/ hot spa water a great help to me.Also I do more push-ups using the arms of one of the seats with a lot more ease than on the floor. The water really helps. Guess its that the body in water is lighter to move.
