I managed to overgrow plateau. Used an all day hanger at low weight for 6-8 hours a day (650 to 750 grams later) combined with at least 1 hour a day hanging heavy (was hanging at 4kg before so I was already “tuned” to the tension rate, so if you’re not, start with less weight. 1.5 to 2kg should be fine).
No need to spend 200-300 usd in equipment. I made a very basic ADH (all day hanger) with an old hollow penis sheath and coated lead weights. I previously had two of same brand that were long enough inside to be able to fill it with weights 1/3 of it and place it in my dick, and was almost stealth under baggy pants. Just don’t start jogging because a bulge that almost reaches knee and it’s heavy, could slip or else be very noticeable 😅
Heavy hanger I made was also effective and cheapo cheapo. But it’s principle is almost as a compression hanger so you have to drain blood out of glans to avoid high pressure to break vessels in glans. You don’t want that. Ouch!
