Unlock further length gains

I’ve been doing PE for 3 years now and my penis has increased in length by 1.20 inches but now I can’t make it grow anymore.

I have always used the manual and extender routine.

Do you have any other tips for unlocking further earnings?

I have stuck with an extender for 25 months now and I hit two inches in length gains and I’m still growing at a steady pace. After I extend for 4 hours, I do a hot water Bathmate session, then wear silicon sleeves for the rest of the day. The sleeves are cut to keep me at my maximum flaccid length. This program is working like a charm.

Also, you may need a decon break.

I’ve already taken a month’s break… What extender do you use?
When you shoot with an extender do you maybe or do you shoot to make it stay extended?

I just use a cheap extender from eBay. But I do use that vacuum cup. This allows me to get a much better pull and I believe has been a big factor in my growth. I started with a noose extender and plateaued after my first inch. If you check out my thread "no longer average." I have a link to the extender in there.

Not sure about your "maybe question," but for reference by the end of my session, I’m stretching an inch past my BPEL. I have discovered that I have a very elastic penis. This isn’t the case for everybody.

ADS (Add weight)

You need to find a lenient street dancing pants

ADS weight If you can wear it for more than two hours without getting tired add 80g for a week and add another 80g (repeat)

Come to ADS once in a while for more than two hours (if you like fishing it is recommended to wear ADS seaside fishing)

ADS exercise up to six hours more than six hours is not recommended

ADS material can not use lead skin poisoning recommended barbell or dumbbell

ADS It’s no use tying your thighs or anywhere else on your body

ADS needs to add weight

To break the plateau you need to add weight to dick stick with it for a while

and take a 30 minute break when tired before continuing

Which silicon sleeves are you using? Amazon, Ebay? Or a specialty site?

Ebay. I order the large 9 inch sleeves and divide in half at 4.5 inches. I wear one of these and wear a smaller diameter piece of vacuum sleeve just under my glans and underneath the big sleeve. This prevents the glans from slipping under the big sleeve. I can hold a 7 plus inch flaccid all day like this.

5,Rest days are not counted

The first day ;Training weight 80% fixed stretching for 10 minutes (Do 5 sets)

The second day;Training weight 80% fixed stretching for 15 minutes (Do 5 sets)

If you can’t be tough on you dick ,

whether it’s 3 years or 10 years, you won’t be able to break through the plateau

You may be able to acheive more length with heat. I water pumped in hot water and was able to break through a plateau. You could do it with other methods but the heat has to penitrate the skin and into the tunica. My recommendation is at least 30 minutes under heat. Stay extended with a wrap or something similar after the routine.
