urinary incontinence due to overworked BC/PC muscle?

I’ve been hanging religiously for about 2-3 months.

Since last week I started to have difficulty trying not to pee while hanging.

Maybe my urethra started to “weaken” as the vac hanger put some pressure on it ?

I experience this only when hanging.

Also I think I have more frequent urinations.

Do any of you guys experienced something similar ?

I got this problem when wearing the extender for many hours.

P/C muscle is not worked when hanging/stretching, except if you are kegeling at the same time. I guess the issue could be a consequence of a lower smooth muscle tone - prolonged hanging tend to lower EQ which basically is having relaxed smooth muscles. Wondering if PC muscle tone is affected too by prolonged stretching .

Also, there could be some irritation of urethra, so pissing could be a means to clean the canal.

The things is that before ,even if I felt the need to pee, I only felt it on the bladder area, now I feel it more on the urethral opening.And when I release the hanger, the feeling diminishes by more than 50%.
I don’t feel any burning while peeing.

I’m going tomorrow to get checked for an urinary tract infection, even though I don’t think this is the case as I didn’t have new sexual encounters before this event and I always use condom for sex, but is better to eliminate this from the possible causes.

The fact that this problem is present only while hanging , I think I may have something like this Healthgrades Health Library

p.s: I don’t know if this is relevant or not, but I inserted a thermometer inside my urethra(I sterilized it before) to measure the temperature, several times, in the same period my problems started, IIRC.

I doubt it is an urethral infection. I think it is just a ‘mechanical’ reaction.

That is my thought also.

I didn’t insert anything than a thermometer.

Do you think extra protein should help with strengthening the urethra ?

No, I think jelqing can counterbalance the effect, though.

I would vote for urethral irritation of some sort. But the frequent urination suggests a bladder infection. What was the result of your visit to the clinic?

Don’t forget to clean those sleeves and end caps as germs can accumulate on them.

Deal with it before it goes for your kidneys. I ended in the hospital in may of last year due to some UTI which strengthened and knocked me down.

I may be wrong, but it’s not worth the chance considering the potential for greater infection.

I have always thought that I got sick due to some sort of reaction to my PE activities, but I could never be sure.

I thought about updating this thread by saying that it was indeed a prostate infection(go figure) by which the prostate was inflamed and pressed on the urinary bladder.I cleared it up with a course of 20 days antibiotics.

Did you make blood/urine analysis to establish that or it was just the thought of your Doc?

It is strange, but sometimes I have pee losses during jelquing, mainly if my erection level is a bit unstable and the bladder isn’t empty enough.. Does anybody have such an experience? If you Kegel’ while jelqing, you could fatigue your PC muscles; that would also cause the EQ be ‘unstable’. Squeezine your penis can pul out some urine that your PC muscles can’t mantain inside the body.

Really clever, because I always use dry jelq techinque (with some lube though) and I kegel often during jelquing between the strokes so as to keep enough blood in the penis, and actually it is really more common when I don’t have a good EQ day.. which as you’ve said probably make the problem worse.

Or do less jelqs - or with lower frequency. Find the right combination for you.

I want to add something that could enlinghten a bit : since when I was a kid, I had urinary incontinence - pissing in bed while sleeping, having the need to piss very often and with high urge. That was actually a problem both in school and later for my job. Since when I discovered jelqing, the problem disappeared. This alone would make me grateful to PE, since no Doctor ever found ‘a cure’ for this problem.

But overworking can cause the adverse problem.
