Is the cervix the same thing as the a spot?

It isn’t. There are two “pockets” one above the cervix and one below. They are also known as cul-de-sac, or at least the one that’s below the cervix is. When she gets aroused the cervix moves out of the way and you have easier access to them, but hitting the cervix and hitting the cul-de-sac are two different things.
