Using Bib without weights
I’m sure variations of this has been done but tell me what you think.
I didn’t want to get my lazy ass up off my recliner so I attached the hanger and used a belt to provide tension.
I used a leather belt without notches. You know, the ones that are woven. I fished the end through the buckle and formed a loop. The loop went around my foot and the bib-hook though the belt.
I found it easy to control the stress with my foot and even found myself doing sets.
Do you guys think this could be effective? Anyone already doing something similar?
