Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Are you using multiple rings? The other point might be the amount of stress. You should be pulling enough to feel a good stretch over the ring which should be enough to cause significant trauma. The pull should be at a right angle to your pelvis. I kind of start to one side or the other then go straight down then to the other side then up towards the belly button.
Add a ring and do it again.

I bought a dog chew toy thing which is a bunch thicker, so I don’t need extra rings.

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to explain this properly but I’ll try. I attached a rope around the chew toy, and I place the rope behind my neck. Then I put my cock through the toy and pull down, and also pull back at the same time so I can pull down harder. Makes for a better stretch. Does that make sense?

Anyway, with all that I’m still not sure it’s working that great… I think I’m just a hard girth gainer.

The advantage of a thinner ring such as a Golf ring is that you would use 2,3,or 4 rings incrementally from your pelvis, ring by ring until you can’t hold on to your glans any longer. This stretches the shaft in small increments the full length which traumatizes more tissues then just one ring can do. This could be why your not feeling or see significant results.

Hey Monty are you still here? How would you grip your cock when doing these? Just with toilet paper around the glans or something? I wanna give these one final shot… although I’m not very hopeful.

Ok I reread a few pages and realized a couple things I’m doing wrong. wantsmore says NOT to grip behind the cock head but to grip right behind where you’re stretching, which I wasn’t doing. Also he says to stretch the penis out first before you bend it over.

But… like other have said, when grabbing in the middle of the shaft it’s hard not to get a skin stretch… I’m not sure how to not to that. I can feel it really tearing my skin. I’m just using a piece of dowel right now instead of golf weights. I suppose the weight might make a difference but I can’t imagine it making a huge one.

Oh yeah I’m still here. Been out of action for a few days due to surgery and falling on ICE in my driveway. Couldn’t use my left hand for a while so keyboard usage was a little tough.
In answer to your question, whatever method you use to grip your gland is your choice. It really doesn’t matter how you accomplish it as long as you can give yourself a good stretch all around the rings.

Rings make it much easier to provide the stretch at any particular point on your shaft around a 360 degree coverage..
Skin stretch shouldn’t be a problem as the skin isn’t what should involved that much. Actually the tunica as a whole is what should be stretched. The skin can actually be left relatively slack.

Your right about stretching the shaft out first then pulling over the ring. When done properly your gong to realize a significant truamatization of the tunica. Subsequent to that, the clamping for girth will be very effective and expansion will not be that difficult.

It’s hard to get a erection after doin these fulcrum stretches when using pe weights..

Will the expansion be less effective if I paus for a while and then clamping, or must the clamping take place direct after the fulcrum stretches for best results?

Could anybody tell me the inner diameter of these golf weights. I’ve found some on eBay with an inner diameter of 32mm, which is about 1inch and 1/8th, are they the correct diameter? Seems a bit snug to fit over my dick but then I suppose with soap it should just slide in.

1 Inch and 1/4 is typical.and will fit 99%. Some might find that a little large but they will fit nicely with some gains. The difference is made up with the wrap which holds everything up.

MONO: The clamping right after the fulcrums is the most effective as that is when the tissues are weakest and allow for expansion.

This fulcrum stretches is very effective but very intense! This exercises is the one that work my tunica to its max, but when doing this fulcrums you must be careful. It’s easy to overdo it.


Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

These sound INTENSE! I’m contemplating trying these with a few other exercises to really push my gains to the next level. Thank you for this awesome idea and probably the best thing I’ve seen to really stretch out the tunica. I can tell this isn’t for newbies. I’m close to retirement and this might be the ticket to bridge the gap.
