Utilizing LOT better?
Ok I’ve been thinking a little bit. I have an LOT of about 8. This means that, when I’m erect and at 9 o’clock and above, the restraining factor on my length is not my ligs, but my tunica, because my ligs do not take over until the 8 o’clock position. I’ve been doing a lot of downward stretching, mainly because I’ve gathered that 8 is a pretty high LOT. But if I want erect gains, shouldn’t I be stretching above my LOT because my erection angle is above my LOT?
I don’t know if this is exactly what Bib was referring to, but it seems to me that the best way to apply his LOT theory is the find whether or not you have a loss of tugback at your erection level. If you do, stretch the tunica (up). If you don’t, stretch the ligs. This means that, even if you have an LOT of 8 or 9 or maybe even above, you should be mainly stretching upward, until your LOT increases even further, and your erect lenth is inhibited by your ligs. Make any sense?
