Hey bennett8 - hope you’re doing very well in all areas of life and thank you for the kind words - means a great deal coming from the pioneer of these stretches. Couldn’t believe my gains stopped after they’d been super steady and downright easy once I’d figured out how to do my program but it eventually happens to us all. I’ll know if the new stuff is gonna work in the next 3-6 months and will post an update here regardless of how it goes.

Are you using heat with any of the sets you are doing?

Is there a certain amount of time between sets? Or a time interval you go by?

Hey Syd,

I’ve always done a 5 minute warm-up & warm-down with my starter session in the morning and I use an IR lamp during said session which includes one full set of those stretches and from 8 to 21 minutes of jelqing depending on where I am in my IPR protocol.

Because I do 4 subsequent sets of stretches at work during restroom breaks, I don’t have the benefit of using heat and similarly when I get in from work, lack the time & privacy to use heat for my last session of a P.E. day.

I put at least an hour and half between sets since that’s a sweet spot that works time-wise and my unit responds best when there’s at least that amount of time between the stresses to which I’m subjecting it. Best of luck!

Excellent, thank you for your response. I had been working some A and V stretches into my program but really stepped it up a week or so ago using the 12 point fulcrum. Have already measured nearly a quarter inch gain in bpfsl.

That was the question I forgot last night about jelqing, thanks.

Im on a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off cycle. I don’t know how that figures into the IPR protocol. Every time I start to read that massive post I get overwhelmed and head back to basics. I’ll have to reread Bennett’s posts too.

So glad to hear of your recent success. I’ve had similar success over the last several weeks as well although I’m waiting to see if my BPFSL gain translates into a true gain with other measurements as it usually does.

Yeah, at the depth some guys get into, I.P.R. can be overwhelming which is related to the human body being complicated beyond the comprehension of most mere mortals.

If it helps, in distilled form, I.P.R. (for me) works out to hitting P.E. twice a week for 4 weeks and increasing intensity every session by a multiple of 1.15. For example, did 8 minutes jelqing the first day and for the second session later that week, 8 x 1.15 = 9.2, so I rounded to 9 minutes. I use same multiplier with stretches and by the end of this four week cycle almost couldn’t complete the peak of this cycle (as in hands would just give out).

The above just gives me a guideline that (hopefully) keeps inflammation occurring to provoke growth rather than us getting conditioned to levels of exercises when we keep them constant (and after the first phase comes 3-4 weeks of only wearing an ADS (no P.E. followed by 8-10 weeks of nothing at all but rest). Of course, keeping exercise levels the same amount works really well right up to the point of hitting a plateau!
