Hi guys, first my situation…….My ligs are damadged so I cannot afford to pull on them, so I have started doing stretches with one hand grasped around the base, to act as a barrier to stop my ligs being pulled, while the other hand pulls from the head end. In effect the pulling hand is pulled away from the other hand, as the hand at the base remains stationary nd tight. So my dick stretched out but my ligs recieve no pulling at all.

Now the issue is that I was led to believe for a long time that the reason our dicks lengthened was because the tissue in the penis itself lengthened over time from the stretching effect, the tissue in the shaft was growing.

How come everyone is saying the length is gained from pulling out the inner penis? That would mean that the penis tissue was not growing from stretching the actual shaft. So why if this is true, are we guided to pull with our hand just under the head so that we stretch the actual shaft? If length is achived mostly or entirely from drawing the inner penis out and lengthening the ligs, why aren’t we told to grasp the entire shaft when pulling, instead of being told to grasp a ring just under the head??

Please someone set me straight here because I am very confused and if stretching the visible shaft is not how length gains are made, why pull from the head and not grasp the entire penis?

Is it possible for me to make good length gains by stretching the visible penis whilst holding at the base so that my ligs are not pulled? Someone please set the record straight. Thankyou very much.

Damaged ligs? I would get that checked out.

I use my whole hand to grip the shaft, under the head, not just the index finger and thumb.

There’s two ways to make length gains, stretching the ligs and stretching the tunica.

When stretching in downward directions, that puts the focus on your ligaments, resulting in inner penis being pulled out. When you have a low LOT there’s nothing left to be pulled out.

When stretching straight out, and up, that puts the focus on your tunica, resulting in tissue being stretched.

It doesn’t look like everybody is saying that.

If it were true that all gains came from pulling the “inner penis” forward, some of our members had dick all the way up to their livers.

My ligs have been damadged for well over a year from pulling on my dick with my whole hand on the shaft, I heard and fealt a “snap”, so I assumed I was going the exercise wrong. I re-read the instruction, looking to see what I did wrong, and thought I must have meant to just grasp under the head with my thumb and forefinger instead of holding the whole shaft under the head. So from what you say, I must have been doing the exercise the right way all along.

I don’t think my ligs are up to being pulled on but I need to gain length because my length is so damn embarressing. I have had my ligs checked out and the urologist is confused and can’t find a problem, even though I feel my ligs grinding and groaning when I do any movements that stress them even a little and the shaft points(not bends, points) towards the left eversince I fealt the snap. I have not tested whether they can take heavy pulling on because I assumed that if they were twinging so often, they would not enjoy or even be able to take heavy pulling. Maybe they are going to twinge whether I pull or don’t pull, in which case I might aswel pull to get length. I will have to test my ligs if you are saying I cannot gain good length withought pulling at the rooting of the penis.

So is it pointless of me to try stretching the shaft with a ring under my head whilst my other hand has a ring grip at the base? Is actually stretching the shaft itself of no growth potential if one hand is holding the base to stop it pulling on the root?

Probably just a lig pop. I think if you had broken or torn something, you would know it!

When I first started PE, I would just stretch with my index finger and thumb, because I wasn’t able to get my whole hand on my shaft. I wasn’t long enough. Since I have gotten longer, I place my whole hand on the shaft, as the grip. I can easily fit both hands along the shaft now. I just get a better stretch with using the whole hand as the grip.

As long as you have a good grip, you’re fine. I wouldn’t stress over it.

You’d think it’d be less effective. Your ligs would be taking no stress, lessening your gain potential if you have a high LOT.
