You said that with your rotary stretches you pull each direction 36 times, and you said in another post that you pull for 3 minutes at a time. Does this mean that you are pulling 36 times at 3 minutes per pull, or pulling 36 times over a 3 minute period, or that your entire session of 4x36 pulls takes only 3 minutes?

My 2x36 circles take 3 minutes. I keep moving.
I start by pulling straight down (“6 o’clock”). 0.25sec later, I’m pulling toward 7 o’clock. Another 0.25 sec later, I’m pulling toward 8 o’clock. After about 3 seconds, I have completed a circle. 36 of these take about 90 seconds. I then reverse the direction: 6 o’clock — 5 o’clock… but otherwise do the same thing for 36 cirlces (90 seconds). 2x90 seconds = 3 minutes.

Thanks for explaining your routine. And, congratulations on being an easy gainer.

Does that mean that you gotta feel the ligament fatigue after a stretching session ? Just felt that today for the first time ever and now I’m wondering if I undertrained before ?

Started August 2018: BPEL/MEG 5.7" x 5" - Now: 6.1" x 5.25" BEG: 6.25"

Goal: BPEL/MEG 8.5" x 6.5"

I have been doing pe for about a month and a half semi consistently and have gained nearly half an inch. I have done a very similar routine with short periods of hard stretching. Hard to say though if this would work for everyone. Also there is a good chance that some of the length is attributed to improved eq.


Starting stats BPEL: 5 in. MSEG: 4 1/4 in

Current stats BPEL 5.4 in. MSEG 4 1/4 in.

Goal BPEL: 6 in. MSEG: 5 in.

Interesting thread, thanks for digging this up.

These guys that talk about stretching. Are they doing stretching only? Or they do jelq as well?

You get improved EQ from hard stretching? Seen that too aswell. Sometimes it’s worse though. Every people that have tried this type of routine(or something similar) have gained alot. I tried, but quit after week or two because I got bad EQ and I couldn’t stand it.
Gotta jump back to it again someday and if I could just do it for 3 months atleast then judge.

For many people stretching is the only way to go. And it works for many. Some people even believe that jelqing is a waste of time. We’re all different and you just gotta find a routine that works for you.

I believe my eq improved from quitting porn and masturbation. I still edge, and sometimes i accidentaly go to far, but I try not to release unless im having sex. Not sure if the stretching has any effect on my eq. I dont jelq because I realized I have a bit of a turkey neck and I dont want to make it worse. For girth all I do is just edge with a rubber band around my base. This is just to work up to clamping.

This routine makes sense to me and I’m going to give it a try. Plus do my regular routine which also includes stretches, jelqing and edging. I’ve got to watch my PI’s but this may be what I need to increase my length.

We’ll see.
