Vets, are you still gaining?

Hi guys.

I have some questions to all vets here.
After all the years you’ve done PE are you still gaining size or you have to continue doing it because the gain is not permanent and you have to mantain it? This is because I’ve seen guys that are registered since 2004 or before.
Also I have been doing jelq since I started (not to long ago) and think that I exceeded the routine I should be doing or did it to hard and have a little bruise that almost doesn’t hurt but sill worries me, is it normal and heals by it’s own or should I visit a doctor? Is there a thread for penis lesions?
The problem is that the videos aren’t there anymore and I can’t download them so I have been doing the exercises as described in the text, if someone could upload them again I would be very grateful. Sorry for asking so many questions but after all I’m a newbie and have a lot of doubts.

As far as your bruise goes you should let it heal, discoloration is normal with PE I shouldn’t use the word normal but it happens often. If it is an actual bruise than just take some time off until it heals and I mean totally heals if it comes right back you didn’t give it enough time.

As far as gains for us vets it usually gets harder and harder, the sweet time seems to be the first couple of years, and yes you have to do some kind of maintenance program oe you will lose some gains. Consider it like working out if you get your body all buff and than turn into a lazy fuck and sit around eating chocolate chip cookies watching stargate reruns you won’t be buff for long.

We all have our doubts until we get our first measured gain and than we hardly still believe it:) .

Thanks for the help, what you said has a lot of sense, then I’ll wait until my wound heals and follow the newbie routine religiously.

I am under the impression that after gaining a certain amount, if you then stop PE’ing, you will lose some ‘maintenance’ size but that most of the cemented gains will remain for life. Is that correct?

Generally yeah, but we humans aren’t static beings. NOTHING is forever. Lets say you gain two inches of lenght when you are in your early twenties. You stop PEing and mayby you’ll lose 1/2” in the first year off. Then after five years you’ve lost the complete inch and half of your gains, everything is still rosy, right? Sure, but if you won’t do anything I am willing to say that not much of your gains is left after 10 years or let alone 20 years since you are also aging.

All in all… if you want to keep your gains, keep at it, atleast 5 minutes a day and remember your kegels!

Nope. Not in about a year or so. Its been so long I’ve lost track.

Yes. Sex, masturbation, whatever that gives you prolonged erections and stresses the tissues a little bit. I am actually willing to bet that if we’d have means to study it, we’d find some sort of correlation with active teenager masturbation and larger “natural” size. Especially amongst the people who masturbated in a way that put their penis into extensive amounts of time in 100% erection or mayby even a bit more (unknowingly jelqing).

To keep your size with just sex or just masturbation, you’d have to be unnaturally active with it. Your best bet is to do the maintenance. If you achieve your maximum 110% jelqed erection and maximum stretched lenght each day, that should keep it up. Won’t take more than 5 minutes.
Aaand the kegels. And when it comes to those, try to keep with longer, harder, slower ones, instead of quantity of fast ones. Just like when you are strenght training any other muscles.

I was just checking stats of some members here.

I noticed that avocet8’s length has actually decreased over time.

I’m doing PE since 2001, thus I can consider myself a veteran…

And yes, I gained considerably in girth and head size in the last year, while I lost a bit of length, half an inch it seems, but maybe for over-optimistic measurements in the past. This may be due to the intense girth exercises that could have been detrimental for length, and to the fact that I don’t do IR lamp stretches anymore (too messy, lack of privacy).

Now I’m satisfied with the enlarged head and wìth the girth. I think that with motivation, and increased familiarity with your organ, experienced PE’ers can go on gaining: we know better how to go to the stress limit without injures.

What routine did you use for head enlargement?

Squeezes, making sure that the CS is squeezed too. Another technique is erect bends, better with some form of cockring.
