So I would say I have a fairly large dick but for some reason my balls hang high up during the day. This makes my package curvy and makes me very uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with anxiety and possible small penis syndrome even though I’m 7x5 and have been 7 inches since 13 years old. I grew up sorta obsessed with wanting a 8 inch dick, which lead me to look up ways to make my dick bigger my whole life. My girth got a bit bigger from manual exercises through the years. However, I’ve realized the problem is not my dick but rather how I think about my cock. I don’t know where to begin, probably stop watching porn and worrying about how big I am. Are there ways to help your balls hang lower? I have huge balls and at night with no anxiety about the rest of the day my balls will hang so low.

You do not want low hanging balls. Think of all the cold water you are going to experience when you forget to pull those hangers up. Trust me, keep your balls tight and up close.

Ever sit on your balls? It hurts really bad, low hangers will do that.

Ya I could see there being some problems with low hangers but it is better then the way they are now.

I am in my mid-70s. My balls still ride up against my body unless it is hot weather. I have wanted low hangers for years, but did not know how or if that could be accomplished.

I also have a big dick. During sex my balls always seemed to be in the say for deep penetration because of riding so high and tight.

I think there are a couple exercises you can do to make the sac hang lower. I might start trying some light stretches and fowlers.

I have used several of those hair wraps which are used when girls/women wear pony tails. I find that I am able to use 6-8 without discomfort. I just have to be careful when sitting down.

I feel your pain. I have high hanging balls and a turkey neck as well. There are these exercises for stretching the turkey neck and I honestly think they work but.. It depends on how well you stick to it, how readily your skin stretches, etc. It takes at least 2 years I’m guessing at best. There is a surgery for it but I would not want some hack doing any surgery but certainly not the equipment. I’ve never looked it up and read the pros and cons or the patient feedback. I’ll let you know if it sounds good. My balls would hang at least 1 1/2 without that turkey neck.

Tried some of these and they work. The real question is how low do you want to go. Believe ball stretching is easier than penis elongation.

Thanks for all the help guys. I think making your balls hang lower is easier then making your dick grow. I’m excited to start incorporating some ball exercises in my routine and let you guys know how it works.

Not gonna lie, low hanging balls are really annoying, especially in underwear that doesn’t have support (boxers). On warm days with boxers and athletic shorts riding to class on my bike, I often get my balls hung up on the seat and end up squishing them a bit. This forces me to sit off to the side of my seat and let them hang down beside the seat while peddling with one leg wider to accommodate my balls. Kinda awkward. Not only that, the sweat causes them to stick to my leg so much and I have to subtly peel them away throughout the day.

However if you want your balls to hang lower, you could always grab your balls, lightly of course, and pull them down. This ends up stretching the scrotal skin and eventually causing lower hanging balls. You could probably throw this exercise in whenever you want and see results over time. Good luck mate!

My balls tend to smack against my thighs when I wear loose boxers, producing a pretty audible noise when I walk. I should switch to an all boxer brief wardrobe or straight up briefs once I get some more bulge going.
