Penile volume would be next to impossible to calculate with just tape measurements. The only accurate way I can think of would be to cast a mold of your erect member and carefully measure the amount of water it can hold by weight or liquid volume.

Its just an estimation, the calculation views the volume of your penis as the volume of a cyclinder.

Ah, such a limited imagination.:)
